    I've followed your content for the past 6 years, and the practical knowledge covering all aspects of fitness I gotten is the best, because these are the principles that I take into the gym 4 times a week. I've incorporated bands and body weight exercises, along with more control and form. Thanks you for the gift of fitness, and hopefully we'll see you again.

    Thanks James, I watched just about the whole series, I learned a lot, you're a great teacher, Yes I will miss these uncut videos, it became a part of my life. Hope you keep doing more, maybe ways to maintain muscle over 50 could be an idea. I'm 61 and I needed this.

    The Gym is my Meditation and my Medication. At 64, I just feel better while I'm working out and through the day afterwards. Always learning something new. Thanks James ! Great Channel.

    Thanks for doing this video series -- as others have said, I learned alot. I'm now adapting some of these exercises to a PPL split (and you did a great video on PPLs as well!). Gifted teacher who cares about the craft.

    Going to miss this serie alot. James you are the best fitness youtuber out there. No BS a ton of gold material, I had a request do can you please upload a video when you only train with band when you train arms?:) it's just a request and I fully understand If you don't have that time.     I am at 40th session now and haven't reach this one yet. but i just wanted to thank you in advance man. it's been fun working out with you. you are a pretty cool workout partner. wish i could train alongside you in person. hope you continue doing what you do best. i just wanna add that, if it weren't for the UNCUT sessions, i probably wouldn't continue after week 2 or 3. but being unedited, unfiltered made it feel real as it is in this sea of heavily edited and somewhat alienating, shorts or AI videos.

    Thanks for all the info. I'll be reviewing them from the beginning. I like some of the options. I'm using an opposing muscle group split, so your PPL doesn't really neatly fit, but you gave me some great ideas to break up the monotony. Thanks again!

    I have learned a lot how to use the loop bands more effectively. Lot more exercises you can do with the bands.

    I love the 20/10/10/15. Still using it. I also agree that shoulders are my favorite body part with bands.

      @@OrbitzPhysics it would probably be tough considering that one of the components of a clean is generating momentum, and with bands you won’t be able to do that.

    I got 2 sets of your black&red bands recently, to have 2 of each of them. Unfortunately the biggest one got raptured after just a couple of sessions of overhead pulls...this was a band from the 2nd set...this set in general looked strange - the bands in coils were partially stuck...maybe QC issue?
