The details of the notification mentions that OBC certificate should be in the Financial Year 2021-2022 (i.e., from 01-april-2021 - March 31 2022. My certificate says 27/01/21 as published date. Should I apply for new certificate in perscribed format and where to apply.

Sir, I have a doubt. I am resident of West Bengal. In my state, they give OBC non creamy layer certificate on the basis of pre decided caste, but on the other hand in the central govt exams, non creamy layer is decided upon criteria of parents income or services.
Now, the thing acc. to state list of communities I fall in OBC creamy layer but on the other hand I suffice all the conditions of OBC non creamy layer provided by the central govt.
My question is whether I will be moved from creamy layer to non creamy layer when I will apply for central certificate?

Delhi university comes under the Central Government and not under the Delhi govt. so if your certificate is made by Revenue officer/DM/SDM then it will be valid forr Delhi University.

If you haven't changed your name yet
Then you can apply for the same certificate which you have before ie obc
But if you changed your name in documents then go to the office and do enquiry there regarding this. Because now you are in general category so go there and ask for this information because It would be better 🙏🇮🇳❤🤗
