MCA PORTAL in india is the worst,my friend is trying to form and its showing error.You cannot complete the basic formation of a company in time.The Govt is talking big about development I would advice to first rectify the mca portal which has become a laughing stock.Till then don't blow the trumpet of development.In Other places like singapore and uk u can form a company in just 3 hours.

I filled details as per PAN RECORDS but after entering OTP , data does not match with the pancard.

You need to raise ticket on MCA portal for correct name.
