This looks like an outstanding introduction to deck building. Keeps it simple lets you use all the cards you put in your deck, lets you count and keep track for a one run build. I think this is great. A lot of deck building gets convoluted quickly with the synergy of card types and durations and combos, get rid of bad cards while reusing your big cards as many times as quickly as possible through shuffling a small deck.
This gets rid of all the noise and lets you just focus on what you have in a run, period.
I'm guessing it wont thrill and delight for those looking for complex interactions but a great intro regardless. You could show this to anyone in any age group and they would see the immediate benefit of making your deck better. Because you actually can't progress without it.

Just bought this game for 10 euro at the 999 games outlet sale. No idea how it got there, but I remembered this review and snatched it. Was a little nervous because of all the Korean text on the cover. The only English word on the whole box is Expedition 😂. But there is an English rulebook, so hopefully I can bring it to the table very soon.

the best way they should have balanced the randomness of finding relics was to give each card a VP value and the relics a VP value and had the game end the same way but finishing the round. It would have made the end game trigger feel much more fair and gives alternate ways to victory. IMO
