Very helpful, I recently faced this and I resigned my job. Now I'm realising, there are few things l got to focus and improve. The problems I faced was...everybody in my team are so fake and 95%of the time they don't speak truth and started projector me wrong Which kept irritating me and i decided not to be part of this anymore.
