I'm really suprised by LLA after this interview. No cross question , not daring to pinpoint on his wrong interpretations . I really did not expect this from LLA which is very rational , educated and informed channel.
I really enjoyed seeing his two perspectives, or two faces. When he explained that you should teach a person to fish rather than just giving them fish for free, and then when the RJ pointed out that the central government is doing exactly this for 80 crore Indians by providing free food, as well as giving farmers 6,000 rupees-which, by his example, is essentially ‘giving them fish’-he seemed to switch perspectives. In his example, he mentioned Karnataka, which is a non-BJP state, but when the RJ brought up BJP's own policies, he quickly defended the logic and seemed to overlook the hypocrisy in his stance.
He said it’s a good policy with great potential to benefit Indians, but in reality, Ayushman Bharat doesn’t provide much at hospitals. Doctors often just reject it, giving excuses like, 'We don’t have this,' or 'We don’t have that,' and ultimately saying they can’t help in the situation.
in his own example, he mentioned that 80 crore Indians are receiving free rations, which he sees as a good thing because it provides a basic safety net, allowing people to feel secure that they’ll have something to eat. By this reasoning, the same perspective should apply to initiatives by the Karnataka or Delhi governments. For instance, offering free bus rides means people can spend their money on more essential needs. Naturally, the rich or middle class, who have their own cars or motorbikes, wouldn’t use the bus service since buses take longer routes than bikes. So, how do we define who is poor and who isn’t under the policy of free rations for 80 crore people or the 6,000 rupees given to farmers? What are the criteria? But he didn’t answer any of this.
@45:20 RJ mentioned whether people in the Indian subcontinent-including Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, and Nepalis-lack empathy. He replied, 'No, I don’t believe in that,' saying he thinks we're all the same. But if you look at the data, or even go outside and leave something on the street, like a helmet on your bike, it’ll likely be stolen after an hour or so. This reflects a lack of empathy and civic sense that’s common in our society. You can also observe your manager's behavior. If you’re reading this, your manager is Indian-he didn’t come from outside India to ‘rule’ you. When people from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh are given power, they often abuse it, trying to control others. They enjoy manipulating the system, bribing officials, and making the system difficult to navigate so that, without money, you can’t get things done. This issue isn't about religion; it’s a cultural problem that affects India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh alike. He also mentioned how, before 1990, you supposedly needed a license to own or ride a bicycle. I’d like to see proof of that, as he seems so pro-government.
I'm amazed at how biased and pro governenment he was. It almost felt like a politician talking. Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Sadly our state and central government have failed to realise this. Freebie politics is hurting us, for ex. I am from Odisha, because of 2rs rice and 10rs daal or free ration to BPL people no one is trying to get a job. Farmers are getting free food why would they work. Conclusion: we import a lot of things from other states causing price inflation. It affects me and my family but i am comfortable in paying 100rs more for a kg of dal, but will 50% of the population who are just above poverty line can they ? People dont want to work anymore in farming. This is just one example, there are tons. I am not completely against freebies and some people do need help but giving freebies all around the year for politics is hurting us.

Yes, Check the dollar performance against the other major currencies, USD became stronger due to high interest rates set by the Federal Reserve, which attracted global investors seeking better returns. Additionally, economic uncertainty from events like the pandemic and geopolitical tensions led many to view the dollar as a safe-haven currency. Combined with the relatively stable and resilient U.S. economy, these factors increased global demand for the dollar, boosting its value against other major currencies.

Taking India back by trying to restrict Crypto currency. He is saying she is focussing on Employment in the budget? Can we please ask him to explain that?
Good questions. And the answers given by k.v sir are easy to understand and it appears to rule a country is very complex. And the quotation on 3 lists is significant.❤
43:02 is he is coming from some other india ? People do not buy property because of the high rates of the property not because of the high stamp duty . And IF he is trying to say that if we decrease the stamp duty more and more white transaction will take place but that's not also true because people avoid white transaction not because of the stamp duty but because of the taxes on the capital gain(which central government increased lately) . And even if state government reduces stamp duty and their revenue doesn't increase as expected who will compensate for that reduced revenue. Because revenue collected from stamp duty is a major source of tax collection for state government after GST .
15 minutes into the video, his points are good, but why is he not considering inflation in any of his stats nor is he considering exponential price increase in medical, travel and housing.

You should delete this video or it just means that you just got sold too and we know who bought you. If it is lack of experience, just say so. Maybe then this can be excused but I still believe this should be deleted since it conveys misinformation to those who are unaware of the facts. @Labourlawadvisor think about having podcast with Dr Shamika Ravi and asks the same questions. Love to hear the answers from a micro economists point of view.
One thing you can say this govt is bringing change to the last person of the society. Present govt may have increase tax but not as bad as the opposition represents. We need to ask questions to state government because anything happened we are ready to blame centre and as we saee in podcast much of decision are taken by state by no body ask them. And last thing we need to start a petition in supreme court against freebies like they have done in Karnataka otherwise this is badly going to hurt the middle class. We are the one who taxes but govt busy in buying votes by giving unnecessary money in form of freebies. As advisor said we need to use this money to create jobs make people more self sufficient rather than making them paralysed

Bhai farming me apne Kitna kaam kroge
Labour se kaam hota h Hmare yaha to
Lekin abb labour nahi mil rahi
Bcoz unke paas khana Pina h
And wo busy h 2 GB use krne me
Unko time nahi mil raha bhai
Hmare gaanv k labour kaam ni krye kheto me abb
Hume khud ya machine se krna pdta h

Yes, Check the dollar performance against the other major currencies, USD became stronger due to high interest rates set by the Federal Reserve, which attracted global investors seeking better returns. Additionally, economic uncertainty from events like the pandemic and geopolitical tensions led many to view the dollar as a safe-haven currency. Combined with the relatively stable and resilient U.S. economy, these factors increased global demand for the dollar, boosting its value against other major currencies.
@@SumitKumar-yw3pbpound is also performing well
@@SumitKumar-yw3pb check the news dollar index is falling day by day recently and most currencies are now getting stronger because dollar index is getting weaker but Indian currency is still falling from 83Rs per dollar to 84rs
To me, his vibes seems policital rather than true economist.. He seems baised about current govt. Not able to criticise or explain what was the issues with current taxation.
For freebies he gives example of karnataka government. where in many states BJP is also giving freebies and playing politics
Loved this discussion!!
Very few youtubers are still making such eye opener videos. Kudos to the LLA team❤
Kya hi powerful podcast hai sir nonstop questions and answers. ❤❤❤
Thank to LLA team for such quality level interviews and helping us to learn
I've been watching multiple podcasts these days, but the quality of information I'm getting with stats on the screen is awesome. Thanks you LLA team for creating such good content.
Counter questions was great....
😅
Used to be bjp supporter.. but still I dont understand Nirmala bai
Just few minutes into the podcast. And I am appreciative of hindi use by Subbu sir.
Very good conversation for our country ❤
Wah re LLA waalo main question toh pucha hi ni Akhir Gst gareebo ko hi kyu deti hoti h aur wo bhi 18% ameer kyu aur ameer banre
Good to see that people in comments are understanding the reality
US printed dollars way more than INDIA printed rupee and still rupee depreciated. It should ring the bell that we are having a weaker currency, investors around the world are sceptical on India. The first and foremost we should reform our legal and judicial systems.
bahut achhi hindi me baat ki subbu sir ne. bahut logo tak ye baatein pahuchengi
Excellent . Keep it up LLA❤
Insightful,
It will help common man to understand reasoning behind any of govt. Policy.
2012 me bhi $2 se niche wala garib and 2022 me bhi !!!
Espe inflation ka fark vrk nhi pdta kya dost?
I didn't find this episode worth watching.

Very interesting and good podcast 👍 we need more podcast like this ❤
This podcast is really inspiring for me ❤❤
Haha, seriously? As per him Nirmala Sitharaman is the best? Should I tell that this person is a bootlicker? He just said how she handled covid situation, seriously? Would love to hear what exactly she has done to handle that situation. Also, pls provide views on taxing EPF which was created on the basis that it will never be taxed.
BJP Spokesperson ✅
15 minutes into the video, his points are good, but why is he not considering inflation in any of his stats nor is he considering exponential price increase in medical, travel and housing.
Real estate valo ko bolo na phatu ka price hike kar rakha hai

people with no balls and no knowledge become economist is truly said .
Very disappointed with LLA this time. Either it is lack of experience or there was an agreement in place that there would be no counter which implicates the current government. You should delete this video or it just means that you just got sold too and we know who bought you.
If it is lack of experience, just say so. Maybe then this can be excused but I still believe this should be deleted since it conveys misinformation to those who are unaware of the facts.
Your usual aggression was absent throughout this podcast.
We need more videos like this ❤
Subrahmanya is correct regarding karnataka government, free culture is bad. But this labour law is a Congress supporter, he will always blame BJP.
But never blame Congress.
Beautiful interview

Awesome discussion and a very healthy conversation. Loved the format and learnt a lot. Got to know many inside knowledge about BJP's awesome financial policies which helped in nation building although they face criticism for the same. Also the knowledge on socialism was 🙏🏻. Too much dependency on socialism will make the country bankrupt so we need to keep a very good balance between socialism and capitalism too.
@Labourlawadvisor think about having podcast with Dr Shamika Ravi and asks the same questions. Love to hear the answers from a micro economists point of view.
Iss jaisa podcast jitna bada / long ban sake utna hi achchha hai... SIrf 1 ghante se, bhookh nehi mita...
Why don't we remove the word socialist from our constitution?
Great guest.
This Podcast!❤❤❤
What about purchasing power parity with same amount of $2 when compared in 2012 and 2024.
What an esteemed guest 🙏

You are going great bro 🎉
This is a true gem 💎

The biggest freebie in the county is 80cr people getting free food.
Many of my relatives also get free ration . They are quite well off . One of my neighbour works at Indian Navy . They also get free ration .
Nah , big yes but not biggest.
🅱️mbani , 🅱️dani get prolly get the most freebies in terms of tax cut. Ultra Rich pays less tax than ultra poor.
