Cool. As a 69 owner I really look forward to watch your progress. :)

I replaced the floor pans on my
Ranchero years ago. I got the parts from Sherman’s. I can tell by looking at your floors your cowl is going to be rotted as well behind the dash. Good luck it’s definitely a labor of love!

I have been chasing some wiring issues and and the cowl behind the dash actually looks ok, It looks like most of the water was getting in through the bad door seals. your right it really is a labour of love. Thanks for watching.

    Here's the full pan www.autometaldirect.com/amd-floor-pan-full-oe-style-p-19728.html
Not much difference in cost vs. buying all the patches I need. Got a ton of spot welds to cut out. Will have to cut off the emergency brake brackets from my old pan and weld onto the new pan.

I have a 69 that I'm working on slowly. I'm just about to replace the entire floor pan and toe board if you want to check out my channel. I have the toe board and just ordered the floor plan from AMD. AMD won't confirm fit since they list it only for the Fairlane and Torino but it looks the same except its longer than I need since the Ranchero doesn't have back seats. The toe board looks to be an exact fit. You can see my channel and what I'm facing floor pan-wise. Decided the whole pan would be better than patches. Thanks for sharing and keep us posted.
