Fir chahe kitna bhi water yaa saline use karo.
Jeefrey L howe. This is standard book for exodontia u can take reference .
Either surgical handpiece or chisel and mallet or piezotomes.
Recently i treated a case of surgical emphysema caused by iotrogenic use of airotor by a BDS
