Its distoangular , which u can appreciate from first glance of radiograph itself...Distnc betwn roots of 7 nd 8 is almost nil compared to 6&7..This itself indicates the angulation...Bone is elastic but teeth s not..and while tooth sectioning of distoangular u should always retain mesial cusp..

Before 12/13 days i was also in the same boat from which you was trying to come out at the corner of the ocean. and ultimately i also called up a oral surgeon and he also took about an hour to complete the extraction of 28. usually i do impaction cases from my own. And being a b.d.s, i had never ever faced this kind of case in entire 4 year experiance of mine. VESE.......... KAHAWAT TO SUNI HOGI sabhi ne , ki kabhi kabhi SACHIN TENDULKAR bhi zero per out hua tha. Magar ussay uski popularity mein uske retirement tak kabhi fark nai pada. Sir , the procedure for the surgeon would have been much less...if u had called him before sectioning of the tooth...the sectioning part is very important...and it's better if decided by the oral surgeon..
I’m having this problem now dentist could not get my tooth out now I am in sooo much pain have to wait till Monday to get a surgeon it’s Thursday 😢 never again will I get tooth removed

Agar me dusre dr. Ke pass gai nahi hoti toh mera tooth nikala gaya hota... Eisa kyu huva hoga????

Sir mi bhi disimpaction krta hu I have done more than 50 & I'm BDS but I live in such area jaha 150km tk koi Oralsurgeon nahi h,aap k saat jo hua wo bht common h,lakin hum jaise log kya kare aise cases mi,sheeda Mana kr de pts. Ko ya X-ray dhek kr pts. Le
if it is very difficult, then u can refer the case, call oral surgeon for first 50 cases then u can slowly start on ur own, after getting confidence u can do tough cases as well
Sir could you please share you opinion on whether or not to live college hostel or outside hostel or if in your opinion living outside in a private flat would be better during this COVID situation in case the colleges reopen (hearing from the rumors) next month. Our college is kind of pressuring us ro pay the full hostel fees and we're not allowed to take our stuff out of the hostel. Dear the best way to work under some experience clinician or under a good oral surgeon for gaining the experience rather than doing these type of quackery. 4 it's a totally unplanned or very poorly planned case. After attempting 2.30 hrs u r calling specialist. Better u could done it at the leval of planning stages. 5. What do you mean by tooth sectioning in distal area of 7. Galat baat hai brother. 6. These type of things can be easley considered as ignorance n criminal offense under COPRA dear, and you couldn't defend ur self. 7. Post opp iopar shows it's not completely removed. Apical part of distal root is there. (May be I'm not right .Plz confirm..coz it's very short time In video ) 8. And last very shamefully u r saying ORAL SURGEON BHI WOHI KIYE JO MAI KAR RAHA THA ...BUS TODA DEEP. it's sounds very cheap from an academician. Sir , in my opinion , the patient is still on the safer hands. There are places where quacks perform this type of open extractions , even does it better than new oral surgeons who are recently graduated. A dentist irrespective of his field in dentistry, can still attempt the cases after self -analysis and judgement .Although at times , our assumptions may fail at times.
