- Today we’re talking about the ever popular Persona 5 Royal Protagonist. A high schooler accused of assaulting some bald guy while trying to defend a lady, landing him in trouble. To be honest, there is one trait i feel i genuienly like the most abuot Ren. IT is not his outfit, it is not the charisma, it is not being the lead character or the powers
But the fact that he is not a coward. He knows well what costed him the last time he did the right thing, and yet he refuses to take the easy way out and allow monsters like Shido, Kamoshida and many others to continue to get away with hurting those who he really cares. It is that valor what earned him real friends who in return would be willing to go trough hell to help him.
honestly ny favorite thing about him is his confidence. compare to makoto or yu, he is way more confident and smart. he is also have questionable affiliation since he is very neutral and sometimes tend to say questionable things. yet, he's confident about it and doesn't care that much if people judge him.

Ren’s metaveres outfit is a reference to his persona Arsene. Both of them where a long black suit with some form of cape at the end (for joker it’s his coat and for arsene it’s his well cape). He also has arsene’s flare for stunts and taunting guards. I just love how connected Ren is with his Persona it’s really cool
I know but a Persona is a manifestation of someone's heart. No wonder Joker and Arsene has the same personalities.

Tbh apart from being INM8 material and after playing p3 and p4 Ren is one of the most badass characters we had, the other MC's are cool and strong don't get me wrong, but Ren is in complete opposite side of the perspective of being a Persona user, where Igor was there to help and guide the MC with Ren Igor ain't really Igor, and his objective is to mislead Ren, and after everything and having all the odds against him Ren still pulled it off, and he did it in style
ren is the smartest compare to those 2. even by just design, you can see how badass he is.
I like that the anime is focusing on the true personality of Joker, being a damn troll all the time except in the Metaverse, where he is as extra as possible
And yes, its not just in the anime, I mean everyone has done the button mash right?
