By the way, this works for Premiere Pro as well now (tested in the 2024 version) by doing the exact same thing - Ctrl + F12 > Debug Database View > Enable Theme Colorizing and then changing the color in the preferences. Happy Editing!

I don't think in After Effects 15 you can change the theme color, as far as I know this is a new option. I could be wrong though, hope it all goes well mate 😊

when i click on ctrl+tab+f12 it does not show me the search bar
Try Ctrl + FN (function key next to ctrl) + F12

Hey mate, if you're using a laptop try clicking FN + Ctrl + F12

You can try going to Edit > Preferences > Appearance
