❖ 𝚁𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚙𝚎𝚜: :
○ Meat curry ○
1 kg meat
4-5 onions
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
4 green chilis
2 bay leaves
4 cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
Cooking Oil
Fresh coriander
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Brown the onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan. Add the whole spices and the chilis.
When it is brown, add the meat and the spices
Mix well and leave on slow gas till it is cooked.
Add fresh coriander and it is ready to serve!
○ Pabda Fish with taro roots (lota) ○
2 onions
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
Salt
Pabda fish
Taro roots
Cooking oil
Brown the onions and garlic in the pan.
Then add the taro roots, stir fry, and then add the fish.
Cover with water and let it cook.

Sometimes sushi has rice wine or mirin. Its also called sake. So we need to ask and be careful to avoid that ingredient.
