You can't get through the infoboxes with a batch file. You need to click those to actually start the virus.
Just disable the script, that disables input, with an editor. A virus is code... so just remove or disable whichever line does that, and then run it.

Python, and many other languages, enables you to click and move the mouse. You can click the mouse with import and a single command without much python knowledge.

I have a question, Leurak. Can you make a video demonstrating you running MEMZ, VineMEMZ, and Bonzify at the same time in a VM? You decide the emulated OS, though I'd recommend one where all of the payloads can take effect as you intended. It would be interesting to see the John Cenas from VineMEMZ as well as the tunnel effect going on simultaneously. Bonzify could create extra pop-ups, which would be more interesting with the warp factor. Though, I'd imagine Bonzi himself would be gone before either version of MEMZ would show its first payload.
