    i really wish these doctors would also add health tips to those who have acid reflux or digestive issues and foods to eat to help with that and how to lose belly fat as well while dealing with issues like these

    Steak! loaded with not only animal protein but saturated fat and cholesterol as well. Also the losing weight and gaining weight cycle is often because people do not eat enough and then later on their brain tells them to binge on high calorie foods. I can assure you that you don't need animal protein for satiety. What you do need is carbohydrates to feel satisfied and to not crave those unhealthy, processed junk foods. Eat A LOT of carbs, fruits, vegetables, potatoes, beans, rice, pastas, leafy greens, and more whole plant based foods to feel satiated. With a variety of plant based whole foods you will get the protein your body needs. The up and down weight a lot of the time is because people restrict their carb intake.

    Even people that eat meat have to know steak is VERY unhealthy. I stopped eating red meat and lost weight...

      Steak is a very lean meat and is very good for weight loss but it’s all about balancing your day

      Well for me I was not eating enough meat so my heart was not so good and I didn’t have enough iron so my doctor told me to eat red meat specifically and my health is good again but you should not eat meat like alllll the time balance your diet

      Meat has lots of protein tbh if you get the right kind. Thats what the keto diet is.

    What if you have a peanut allergy? Anything equivalent to the nutrition of peanut butter that's not a nut? I have type I allergy to all nuts
