Nana Addo, best president in Africa? U must be joking. Go to other country's and see politicians sacrifice their monthly salary for their nation. This is what we are paying him for, we gave him the funds for the project. Stop the false praise. I don't approve mahama just for the records. They have stolen enough and didn't need imf's aid, but to sort themselves, they divert and go for loans knowing it's the nation that's going to pay.

Its not true and most Ghanaians can't accept that he is the best president in Africa.
By the way the airport was started and developed to a far extent before this administration took over power in Ghana.
But I need to explain that I am a Ghanaian living outside Ghana and visit my country almost every year. However, I don't belong to any party or I am not affiliated to any party in Ghana so that some Ghanaians might try to pass s negative verdict on me regarding the current president Akuffo Addow.
I hereby need to point out honestly that, you outside might be seeing all these projects and you might want to conclude him to be anything you are saying.
However, domestically he is the most unpopular and even most Ghanaian political analysts conclude him as the worse president in the history of Ghana not even since when Ghana turned into a democracy in 1992.
Governmental corruptions are at its peak on his watch. His government is tagged as friends and family business and the larger population of Ghanaians want him out for a long time and and want him prosecuted.
The Ghana Supreme Court had turned to be biased, hated and corrupt under Akuffo Addow watch and under his influence.
You might have probably been aware that the Ghana Parliament has long passed anti LGBT bill, and this Akuffo Addow guy has to sign it but still he hasn't and the bill has ended up at the Supreme Court where the Supreme court even doesn't have the authority over parliament but through the corruption and misgovernance of Akuffo Addow, the bill is now locked up at the Supreme Court there.
You foreigners don't know what is actually going on domestically between the Ghanaian public and Akuffo addow and so we don't doubt that you might look at projects such as the Kumasi Airport and portray Akuffo Addow as great.
But fact of the matter is that the current president happens to be the most hated and as said already, the worse single president in the history of Ghana!!.
Whatever his supporters might say, the truth is what I have stated here and I wish you could understand our local Twi language programmes to hear things on your own ears.
Lastly, I am a Ghanaian in the UK but I am very aware that the Kumasi Airport as I am myself from Kumasi, was started to a far reaching point before the current administration took power in Ghana so it's not this president that all the credit go to but mainly the previous administration the most.

@Uncutwithuju I'm a Ghanaian as well, Everything Peter stated here is true, Nana Akufo Addo is the worst president in the history of Ghana, all the infrastructure projects that you people see in Ghana were either done or started by the previous government including this airport, he has no monumental infrastructure project in his name, we voted for him because he promised us heaven and earth and we thought he would do better than the previous regime but unfortunately he turned out to be the worst in our history, the most INCOMPETENT president ever.
