Alternergy Windmills in Pililla Rizal Philippines

If you thought that Ilocos is the only place where you can see windmills, not anymore. There are emerging wind farms in various places in the Philippines and Pililla is one where these windmills can be found.
The "Pililla, Rizal" Wind Energy Service Contract granted to Alternergy Philippine Holdings Corporation (APHC) covers an area of 4,515 hectares under the Department of Energy (wikipedia)
