The jurors frequently looked at her when she would shake her head or make gestures, but I, myself wasn't able to hear anything. I did miss 3 days, so there may have been some comments made on those days. I think the trial was conducted in a very fair and professional manner. I love our Michael Allen. He was very much emotionally invested in this case, yet showed amazing composure and professionalism throughout. William Cook did not seem to be taking the case seriously and often did not even pronounce her name correctly. I rode the elevator with him down to the basement snack room and he was laughing and joking around with a peer. I hope his jovial demeanor was a way of keeping such a terrible tragedy bearable, but it it didn't appear that way to me. It seemed like he did not want to be there and couldn't wait for Letecia to go to prison. @@MaybeitsclusterB

Ok this picture in picture idea is ingenious, I can't believe I didn't think of this. Previously you guys experimented with doing cut aways from when someone explains something, to showing us the source footage of the body language in action. And while that was helpful, simply having a picture overlayed on picture is much better - we can see the body language being explained, while seeing the language in action. Nice job Scott, if that was your idea.

If someone asks me a question, I just blurt out the truth. I bleed truth. It never occurs to me to lie or even to look for all these ways in which a psychopath does lie. I cant understand how LS ever thought she could get out of this. I would have been screaming to law enforcement to get out and find my child! She's telling "stories", and never begs for help from LE to help her find Gannon. And, since when are you able to be thinking while you are passed out. These LE ladies are saints to be able to control themselves enough not to let loose on her. They did a great job of letting LS hang herself.
Thanks for this superb recap, I loved it and I so admire you guys! ❤️❤❤

This is the first time I hear anything about this case and also the first time I see this woman.
What immediately went through my mind is how horribly unkept she is. Her hair looks like it hasn't been washed in weeks, her clothing is clean and new, but it just doesn't fit together and her skin looks awful.
What stood out also is her weird behavior. Her actions literally speak louder than words.
In 3 seconds I made up my mind about her: She is either on drugs or she has a severe mental disease. Yep, that fast.
It took me 10 seconds to actually say she is guilty and I didn't even know what it was all about.
In other words: She really f*cked up here.
I am so sorry for the kid. I understand she killed her child. So, so sad.

Repeatedly she bypasses speaking directly to the question of where’s Gannon. All roads lead back to her. Right up until his body was found and still she never takes responsibility but continues to use it to torment his parents. Fire, knife, gun, drugs to kill an 11 year old boy. That’s a lot of hate.

She never shut up, she went to great lengths to inform us of her superiority and knowledge of the food we were eating, not paying any attention to the fact that we have both been in the industry for a very long time.

Made me spin watching her in that small room. It was sort of comical for her to dam near touch both sides of the walls in that room.
