a. The Due date of filing furnishing of Tax Audit Reports on Form-10B and 10BB in case of Trusts and Charitable Institutions has been extended to October-31-2023.
b. Similarly, the due date of filing of ITR-7 (Income Tax Returns in case of Trusts and Charitable Institutions) has been extended to November-30-2023.

The NGOs are required to invest their Surplus Funds in certain prescribed & notified list of Securities and Assets. Section 11(5) of Income Tax Act and relevant Rules contains this List.
An NGO can NEVER invest its funds into any aggressive avenues like Share Markets, F&O etc.
Sir, can an NRI be the Settler in a Public Charitable Trust (to run educational institutions)?
In my view, an NRI can be a Settlor/ Founder in a Public Charitable Trust as he/ she is required to transfer his/ her trust property to all other Trustees in India to run or look after.....
While all Trustees are preferred/ required to be Domiciled in India.

The Answer is “Yes.” This will be done through a Supplementary Deed or Addendum Deed to be again filed or registered with the same Office of the Sub-Registrar who registered your Original Trust Deed.
how the founder or author will get or receive financial benefits from his own trust
A Founder or Author creates a Trust for the benefit of all Others amongst General Public at Large and not for the benefit of the Founder himself.

Trust registration or trust deed me defferent Keya hai
A Trust is neither a Legal Person nor Separate Legal Entity.
In few States where there are separate Acts for regulating Trusts (e.g., Maharashtra), there trusts are “registered”.
Contrary to this, in all other States where there are no specific or separate acts for regulating Trusts, there trusts are registered through a Trust Deed registered under the provisions of Indian Registration Act, 1908.

सामान्यतः सरकारी अफ़सरों, कर्मचारियों के द्वारा NGO बनाने पर, या NGO में पद ग्रहण करने पर किसी प्रकार की कोई क़ानूनी अड़चन नहीं है लेकिन इसके साथ साथ आपको अपनी Terms & Conditions of employment and Service Rules भी चैक करने चाहिए।
यह श्रेष्ठ होगा कि आप अपने कार्यालय को इसकी लिखित में सूचना दे कर ही आगे बढ़ें या अपने NGO में कोई भी औपचारिक पद न लेकर ही कार्य करें।
