If the accident caused you to miss work in the future, probably so. If you are looking to make a workers comp claim, probably not. For workers comp cases, the injury needs to happen while you are on the job.

U guys explained exactly my issue I do doordash. I'm using my buisness account info, shows my deposits monthly. Shows my yearly income, shows I had no deposits after accident. U can also give them access to ur contractor account which I offered as well. So they can go on for themselves and check the payments to match my deposits. And also to see I haven't worked. My bank showed 40 thousand in 12 months I asked for ten for three months of loss wages and they gave it to me, it was proven to the fullest. The following year I paid taxes on 10k of my settlement. Settlement was 46000 for whiplash medical bills were 9000 attorney got 11,0000 I got 26000 of the money because I was irgan8sed had documentation went to my appointments attorney told me that's alot for a whiplash case. Be organised and on it.took 14 months. Before the injury claim they gave me 9000 for my totaled car. State farm.
