Wow!!! Love hearing the score sound so beautifully done in various languages. Break a leg to the Dutch cast of ANASTASIA from the US FANASTASIAS
I got goosebumps when I saw the crowd singing Journey to the Past. I always hoped Anastasia would become a musical, and I am so lucky to have seen it on Broadway!

And he seems like such a nice person, I have a friend who lives near Stuttgart and who met him twice at the stagedoor when he was playing Dmitry there! I didn't have the luck to meet him so far but I heard he's returning to Germany after he's finished Anastasia in the Netherlands!

I just saw the musical and it is seriously amazing. The decor, the costumes, just perfect
I loved her confidence, especially at the 3:50 mark!
The way she strides forward and just went full throttle into the song was incredibly gratifying to see and hear! It's amazing how she was able to do so without coming across as arrogant or unpleasant only confident and determined to prove herself which she absolutely accomplished!
the reactions of the rest of the cast say it all, the way they look at her in those moments! you can see such pride and joy in their eyes as she absolutely nails the song!
YES GO OFF!!! What an incredible solid cast, vocals are so strong and beautiful and I don't understand a word but this is the best performance I've seen!

Ik heb tessa ontmoet bij best of Broadway en had haar gefeliciteerd met haar rol als anya en ze vroeg of ik kwam kijken ik keek naar mijn moeder en zij dat het aan mijn ouders lag

If you have the possibility to go to this Musical GO TO IT!!!! I have been there twice in 1.5 week already... and guess what i'm going again next month... it's so freaking beautiful!!!

Okay I absolutely love this video and the singing is beautiful and I especially love the added choral part under the end of Journey to the Past... that was so cool and makes me tear up... but... why is Anya's face so pale but her body is so red like wow

Kan echt niet wachten! Ziet er nu al geweldig uit!
Mooiste optreden van die avond ♡
Gister met me dochter van 8 heen geweest. Ze vond het heel leuk. De intro is heel mooi in elkaar gezet daarna is het op zich best wel gelijk aan soms iets te lang. Maar na de pauze zeg maar 1,5 uur verder ongeveer gaat het allemaal meer op tempo meer variatie en zelfs actie.
Vond het voor kids misschien net een half uur te lang maar echt al met al heel heel mooi gemaakt. Decor, kostuum, zang en dans zeker een aanrader voor jong en oud.
Hele mooie liedjes maar waarom hebben ze niet de Nederlandse versie van het lied december gepakt? Dat is zoveel mooier qua tekst
Ja joh ik snap ook nooit dat ze de tekst veranderen. Doen ze in het Engels toch ook niet.
Ze moeten trouw blijven aan de tekst van de Broadway musical, dus ze gaan echt letterlijk vertalen en rijm zoeken vanuit die tekst zodat die er zo goed mogelijk op lijkt en goed klinkt :)
De musical is niet altijd gelijk aan de film. Bovendien zijn er ook nieuwe liedjes dus is het handiger om zelf een complete vertaling te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles bij elkaar aansluit.
Dit doen ze, omdat ze bij de tekenfilm rekening moeten houden met de bewegingen van de mond. Ze vertalen de Engelse tekst dus zoveel mogelijk naar mondbewegingen. In de musicals krijgen ze de kans om de tekst sprekender en mooier te kunnen vertalen. Dit doen ze bij alle musicals die tekenfilms zijn. Denk aan: The lion king, Beauty and the Beast, The little mermaid etc.
@@PicnikPhotoshop maar is dat wel beter dan? Ookal krijgen ze die vrijdheid. Naar mijn idee is het resultaat niet beter.
De teksten van de hele musical,ook de dialogen vond ik overigens lang niet op hetzelfde niveau als de rest van de voorstelling.

Thats the title of our sing along’s.
In the Netherlands, we use a lot of English words. They have become a part of our language.

These singers could be any musical trained singer. Nothing special. Predictable and Quite boring.
heb zowel christy gezien (wel jammergenoeg een bootleg) en Jana in Madrid (ik woon hier) en vind hun echt wel duizend maal beter. Deze dame heeft een iets te lage/zware stem voor anastasia vind ik
