The same problem is in my APC BACK UPS ES 500( bought in yr 2005 & working fine). I want to use it as back-up for 28w BLDC ceiling fan. Any idea to disable?
There is no option to repair this type ups sir.

R19 is not 01B , It's SMD code 810 means 81Ω
