I remember back in 2002 when opening packs and finding that one shiny card was like Christmas every time.. now I see videos of this dude opening up packs like nothing and not even flinching at all those holo's
I know exactly what you mean, Konami completely devalued the prestigious feel of pulling a holo and focused on trying to be like Magic instead of keeping the game simple… I watched the duel and don’t know wtf just happened.
I mean use your student loan at your own risk, it depends on how reliant you are on money during your day to day life. I do way touch stuff to be able to invest big amounts in Yugioh personally so I saved my loan mainly and spent a little bit of it on yugioh.
