The original chart of GHOST on right side contains some of the notes from left side. This chart, instead, only contains BF's notes. Also left side is harder. 4.7k/4.8k total notes.
@@Oxedere the original chart contains parts from left side so that the songs note counts are more equal, because otherwise the song would be incomplete and easy

Another thing I should mention is that GHOST's left side has a lot of missing notes. Right side too but not too many.
