To the loudmouth saying it's faked: (Wilt scoring 100) Wilt was not a good free throw shooter. Many times he was fouled (hack-a-Shaq) to attempt to keep him from dunking.
The 100 pt game isn't even that crazy if you really think about it Wilt was averaging 50 that season, so he only scored twice his season average, which I'm sure most NBA stars have done before If you look at his highlights, him scoring looks effortless af, he has crazy physical talent and can always get easy shots at the rim The original vid already talked about how the free throw % isn't that unrealistic by using the Shaq comparison, and he also was using granny style at the time (he switched away from it as according to his autobiography, it made him look silly) The shotclock had just been introduced, so the game was played at an incredibly fast pace The day was March 1962, the NBA only existed for 15 years at this point, and it had relatively low viewership and games weren't recorded or nationally televised often at the time. Why would TV stations choose to broadcast/record a random regular season game?
