I refuse to give up! This is a lovely item so I will frog and repeat until I get it right . When I first watched this I got so excited I bought enough yarn 🤞to make this in 4 different colors. Thanks for posting I appreciate your hard work.
I LOVE THIS PATTERN!!! I love the decreases and the fact the front parts are wider - I also love how crochet can be so versatile and you are explaining this - I do this often. You are an amazing tutor. Thank you xx
I have just completed this WONDERFUL long, boho top. It is AMAZING. Lenysea, thank you so much. I am wearing it as a layered waistcoat - WISH i could send you a photo. I used metallic yarn by Hobbii. I am now about to make one for my darling sister in law. Thank you so much for this wonderful pattern x
I used your tutorial and the vest turned out beautifully. I made mine significantly shorter (just below the waist) and plan to wear it over tank tops. You did a good job of explaining the pattern and how you did things. I really like that you explained how to customize the pattern to individual sizes. I’m petite and often have a hard time finding things that fit me the way I want them to. This vest is everything I wanted AND it fits my body. Thank you so much for the video tutorial sharing this pattern.
Found you today! Love this pattern. As a larger lady i like that you have explained how to make it any size i like. Fantastic! I subscribed straight away and look forward to seeing more of your videos. Thank you so very much x
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, just subscribed and am looking forward to other things you may have. Going to explore now, thanks again!!
Thank you for this it is beautiful. I am going to try it. Thanks for the simple directions on the measurements you make it easy for a beginner so I am happy and feel that I can do,it. Have a beautiful day!
Hi Lenysea. hope you're having a great day, I'm from Wisconsin and just found your channel. You have some very beautiful crochet patterns I can't wait to try. I was just wondering if you have any videos on how to add fringe at the bottom of a crochet vest. I just started working with crochet threads and will be making a summer vest with this thread. Thanks for sharing.
Hi there. I’m Susan and a new subscriber. I love how you did this coverup. Going by measurements and not a pattern. I’d love to see more like this. Looking forward to your next post. 💝😺
How much yarn did you use for yours? I want to do it, but longer, just above the anckles. What do you think, how much should I use? Exactly your size. Thank you!
This is the exact cover up I want. I got as far as converting the measurements to inches for the back and sides but then when you are ready to chain, you come up with 126 and now I am so lost. I am a beginner and have crocheted shawls rugs and blankets - simple things so I thought this would be easy to just make three pieces so what I am I missing? How did you figure how many to chain? I am willing to pay someone to help me. I really love this top.
Is there a written pattern? I looked at your shops on both Etsy and Ravelry couldn’t find it. I just completed the back panel and I’m not sure what to do next! Please advise
Hi Lenysea. I have a question. After the first row of decrease, at timestamp approximately 16:16, you do not demonstrate the next row, you just say to work (2 trebles, ch 1, 2 trebles). Could you please tell me after you turn at the end of the decrease row, how do you start that next row that you do not demonstrate in the video. I would really appreciate it.
I so love this ... I'm going to select some yarn for this ;) How much yarn did you use, sorry if I missed that answer in the video ... Donna from Canada
I just finished the back part and one side of the front part. Now when I tried to decrease the other front part, it started looking different than the first front part I made. Did you crochet the two front part the same way ? Please help me
Lenysea I was wanting to know the content of the yarn (how much cotton, acrylic, whether or not it’s mercenized.) Also, whether it is weight 3 or 4-info like that. That way I could find something similar. Thanks
Sorry, but what you state as being a repeat of 6 doesn’t add up in your example of 75 or a chain of 75. Each panel, whether side or back, must be a multiple of 6 to follow your instructions. At least, that was the only way I could accomplish making this pattern end where it was suppose to end on each row.
I understand that , for I want to have an idea how many balls of yarn I will need to buy , how much you use for yours. ? Just to have an idea thank you
I made 1 similar to this but with different pattern before with Alize Bahar Batik , 100% cotton. I used about 3 ball for size M in US. Hope this can help you
The intro contains information about the yarn, the hook and the sizing options.

How do you do the decrease on the other front panel?

Can you show something like this in a sleeveless pattern for a extra large size.

How many grams did u use?
I so love this ... I'm going to select some yarn for this ;) How much yarn did you use, sorry if I missed that answer in the video ... Donna from Canada
SunshineLeclair Thank you! I don’t remember... 😬 If I doubt, I buy a bit extra, keep the receipt and return the unused yarn...
I just finished the back part and one side of the front part. Now when I tried to decrease the other front part, it started looking different than the first front part I made. Did you crochet the two front part the same way ? Please help me

Has anyone made this in a size large or extra large? If so, how much yarn did it require?
Could you list the yarn you used so when I search, I spell it correctly? thank you
You will not be able to find it online. It's in-store only.
Lenysea I was wanting to know the content of the yarn (how much cotton, acrylic, whether or not it’s mercenized.) Also, whether it is weight 3 or 4-info like that. That way I could find something similar. Thanks

Has anyone completed this cover up/robe thing? If you have maybe you can answer questions for the rest of us:)
Is there a latter ? I’m so confused!
Just subscribed, just found your channel.
What is the name of the stitch?

I agree. Beautiful top, but the maths is a bit wonky! x
How much yarn I will need ?
I can't tell you that... Depends on what yarn you will use, what is your natural crochet tension/gauge, and what size you are.
I understand that , for I want to have an idea how many balls of yarn I will need to buy , how much you use for yours. ? Just to have an idea thank you
