  • This is the first in what i hope to be a series of videos documenting my work on my long standing project car, a 1988 Alfa Romeo 75. If you are scratching your head as to why im doing this, it's mostly to ensure i keep momentum with this project.
This episode covers some of the introduction to the car, and some tinker time while i sort through the boxes of parts I have collected over the years, and review what "structural" work needs to be done to the car.

...to get me going in the right direction, It's not going to make me rich, but it will at least give me some features youtube hold from you until you are popular enough!
If you have any questions on the car, model or even Alfa's in general feel free to drop me a comment or reach out to one of my social media links below - I don't know everything, but i always find someone who does.
If you have read down this far, im impressed. Watch this space for episode 2.

Those "highly specific" washers look like ones for wheel bearings (which locate on a groove on the stub axle)

    I also have a "75" project I started years ago, but haven't finished 😅

Don't you mean Milano? Great to hear another project on the go man, just taking a look at your video(s) now. My british ear wouldn't have guessed texas from your accent! I used to work with a guy from Cali with a X1/9 too.

@@lurntwubber Yep, they were named the Milano here. I'm a bit more cosmopolitan than your average Texan. Still say ya'll, tho 😉

so only about 5 mins in to the video (less) I can see that there is more than "just" water coming out of the exhaust.....but......the back box does fill up with water/condensation...you need to drill a small hole in the bottom of it to allow it to drain.

Thanks for the advice, but this was quite some years ago! The exhaust is currently in my garden awaiting remaking 😁
