That's odd, it doesn't open at all? Maybe you can get the map or mod ID beforehand then copy it to steam cmd

you can play with friends normally with the T7 Patch but through BOIII you may need to use IP port forwarding with apps such as radmin or logmein hamachi.

Because you need to put the map ID after that to download it. You haven't told it what map you want to download

The exact same thing but instead of making a usermaps folder, you’ll make a “mods” folder

You don't need bo3 on,steam just get the map ID from steam and steam cmd will do the rest

See if you can go into the web version of black Ops 3 workshop and go from there. Look for a specific map even if it's on youtube and go to the mod link if it is,linked in,the description.
