1st he wasn't ACTUALLY blaming God that's why it's called "Devils Work" the way he's putting it makes it seem like that though.
2nd I do agree it's people actions, but as someone who was raised Southern Baptist and been through some shit and went through many crisis of faith SOME believe everything is God's design and that what we do and how we die is already set in stone before we're even born. Now I'm not telling anyone what's right or wrong I can only speak for myself when I say that's why I went through it trying to reconcile what to believe about God. Do we have the free will to do what we want? Or is everything his design? If it's his design like Joyner seems to believe then wtf is the greater plan in Kobe dying with his daughter? It was very hard for me to remain a follower when I couldn't get answers because when you want sense out of it like Joyner our elders/pastors/deacons always said "don't question God, He doesn't make mistakes, the Lord works in mysterious ways."
I remember this good one: "If you want to make God laugh, tell him what you got planned," the point being no matter what you think and try to in the end you will only accomplish what God allows because HE already has your life planned it you only walk the path but he paved the road. That seems to be the belief system Joyner grew up with as well... everything is preordained, but he's questioning the plan of what's going on. I even could never reconcile the Devil when I was a kid like if God is all powerful and knowing why would he allow Lucifer to do what he did? Why would he even give him his own domain?(hell) why does he have the power to tempt people and all this shit? The other angels wasn't given this power why him? Why would he even have this "War" with the devil that they're supposed to be having if he can just stop him with his power? Why would he put the tree of forbidden fruit with Adam and Eve if he didn't want it eaten from? I mean even with my non powerful, mortal logic and thinking I could see tons of flaws in this all powerful God's plan, but when I ask any person of faith about it it's "The Lord works in mysterious ways." 😑
