Great Video Man, but you could have known better that this method if you did some research. This Method was mainly for Xbox One, and X / S players, I read the comments section, I notice there were people complaining that this method was not better on their platform , but this method is scientifically the fastest way to quest farm on Xbox pretty much, you could have mentioned the Cross Save method on this video for PS3 / 4 / 5 players, same with Xbox 360, because they have the same Cross Save method and umm I don't know about Nintendo Switch?

I might be the only Nintendo switch player on the planet 😂. I've got max level Krieg and Gaiges. Wish I could sign out somehow. Load times are 3 whole minutes. Thx for the tips homie

Also there's a bug with damage in the switch sometimes it caps damage at 65450k

I have an OP10 Axton and I’ve noticed while using two turrets with rocket pods and slug guns while I’m using the conference call and Bee Shield for some serious DPS some enemies will explode on the switch even when they have 1/2 of their health left. I still get the drops, but it’s hilarious when all you see is a splatter of red lol

Playing through BL2 on Vita and overclocking a modded vita seems to help speed load times to at least make dashboarding easier

Just a couple of tips: You don't need to sign out and sign back in again on the Xbox Series S - just hit the button with the three horizontal lines and quit game.
Secondly, when farming the Fibber you need to pop into Ore Chasm and back out again (only once). You will spawn right in front of the robot.
Funnily enough, I was farming both the Lady Fist and the Fibber only last night.
Why does that only work on the series S?

I dont think ive seen anyone talk about the cross save method, i play on ps4 and if you cross save you can duplicate your character meaning you load in save quit delete the old character if you didnt get what you want or if your farming multiple parts, ie: the pimpernel you can get each element simply by doing the same thing but instead of deleting the character just putting it in the stash
Super long comment but that is how ive farmed certain things since ive played on ps4
There are videos out there on this method, and if mine doesn’t work or is slower on PlayStation. This is the fasted way to farm quest rewards on PlayStation consoles as far as I know.
You dont even need to delete your character, just download the character from the cloud and replace it with your local save file. After that, re-upload your character and do all the farming again.
@@aaggroberlin19 also to add. I’ve even heard some PlayStation players saying this is working quicker for them then this method he mentioned. But feel free to experiment
Hey hellfire, would you like to learn a glitch for all versions of borderlands 2 to give you infinite backpack storage for guns? I have a level 80 Salvador that has 366 guns and another 100 or so shields and artifacts. The glitch can be performed as soon as you make it to sanctuary on true vault Hunter mode.

I've been getting killed by Sandhawk farms on Playstation, I had duplicates to use on Xbox but when switching I've had to restart and boy did I forget how bad they are. Thanks for the video, shocked I've never though to try this

I’ve been doing this myself on Xbox for years and I have one note to speed this up further.
Disconnect from the wifi then do this farm, the time it takes to be kicked back to the menu is wayyy less and it takes a lot less time to sign in and out.
Give it a try people and lmk if it was better for you.
I usually just upload save and download save as new character, rinse and repeat
i tried the signed out trick onPS5 i did not take me back to title screen

I’m a little confused. I play on ps5 and tried this but when i Sign out it closes the game so i start at the game selection screen (I have the handsome collection)
I am the hero commenter, but this is mainly for Xbox Players, not for Playstation players, I think you need to use the Cross Save method, you can look it up on youtube :)
Go to home screen close app and reload the game and repeat untill you get what you want. Just dont save

Thank you for the video but i have to say that this is not the fastest way to do it you should go to cloud saves and upload the character you are using to farm an item then download the character to your cloud save. You can choose for the save to replace a existing save (aka characters you have already made) or you can make a new cloud save. But if you do this make sure that there is at least one save where you did not turn in the mission and load that character in and make new cloud saves and replace the saves that did not have the item you want and just keep repeating until you get it (you can also use this method to copy items and give money) i hope you get to see this message

You have to have two separate accounts on PS4. The first account is a random account or a new account you just created. (this will act as a primary account for the game,) then you get in borderlands 2 loading screen or the screen just before you can enter the game and it says press x at the bottom. Now you log in to The second account where you have quests you want to farm you enter the game with that account and then turn in the quest then log out the gane will assume the primary user is done with the game and it will kick you out u just log back in with the second account ( please add this to a video or community chat because for some people when you log out it stays in the game but the ps4 is design in a way where the games Will be paused cause you using the main account but with this the primary account isn't playing so it assume that it is done and closes the game)

What if you want multiple of the same mission item
If u have the console (cheat thing on pc) u can just copy paste "disconnect" if u dont get the quest reward u want, imo its better than read-only farm cause if u forget about it all ur progress u made will be lost
Also, isnt downloading and uploading (cross-save) ur character the only thing that works on playstation?
It works on xbox if you have the 360 and xb1 versions which means you’ll have to play through in 360

by the way for ppl with new xboxs, the signing out method is just and easy way you exit the game without saving and fully leaving borderlands 2

Yes! For console, the best way to get multiple quest rewards to have a friend with you. So one of you can keep the weapons and the other can keep the quest open.

@@EMG2013 completely understand both of these but doing the cross save wouldn't allow me to get multiple copies as i would lose it if i downloaded the old save. then the stash method would give me a load screen when making my way to the stash. please correct me on any of that if i'm wrong, just trying to understand. i'm looking for multiple copies of the same weapon, i.e. get a fire and a corrosive sandhawk
@leedodgson3786 I personally don't care about the load screen. It's like 3 seconds. But if you stash it, then it gets saved in a different cloud, so you can pick it up when you have the other variations
Please help me i can't seem to get it to work, I'm on PS4 and i can't "sign out" like xbox I log out the profile then get back in ( i press the ps button then go to power the press log put of ps4) but it doesn't quit the game pls help me 😢

What if you want more than 1 of the same quest item (Pimpernel for example)?
If you play on console, you need a split screen account. Basically, once you have your item, drop it to the other player and have them save and quit (make sure you are host), and then you want to dashboard.

No, once you turn it the quest. You get the item unless you do this or dashboard

Didn’t work on series s. I have to be online to play the game so it just pops up a bunch of shit. Load times on dash boarding is faster than dealing with all that. If someone has figured out how to do it on series s holla.
On the series x I was playing online during the testing of the video. I also have the digital version of the game. It’s no different then it is on the series s.
I used this trick since xbox 360
I must apologize.., Xbox 360 was the console I used the dashboard technique on. My Xbox 1 does this method quicker. I just did it and the results blew me away. Newer consoles have better performance. Sorry for my last post 5 months ago.

Unfortunately I don’t think it works on switch 😭 so Dashboarding is still your best bet. Wasn’t able to test it on there as I don’t own one. But since you can’t sign out without closing the game. It can’t be performed on switch.

Kid, I dont hate your video but i do have to argu you because i dont understand how doing 2 extra steps could make it any faster. It takes me exactly 45 seconds to load up my game. (Thats from the ps4 being off too the when you load into your game with a character). It took me 1 minute & 34 seconds to do it your way. I am soooooo confused how your way is some how magically faster.
Umm it's faster because save quit farming takes you all the way back to the game start up loading screen while doing this sign out method only takes you back to the title screen so you don't have to load the game all the way up from scratch every single time. In my case on an original Xbox One it decreased my turnaround time from 1:30 down to under a minute

would you know if this works on co-op? (both split screen co-ip and online) if so, how?
Whoever is player one in the co-op game would have to sign out, and player 2 will get to keep the items as well. With 2 players you can use this method to farm multiple version (different elements etc) so yes! It would actually work even better doing split screen. (And online for that matter)
