- This is the reupload of original 10 hours post apocalyptic music, that was deleted a while ago. I like to listen to this when i do my study at university and so, i decided to save this video on my hard disk (and if you liked this music, i highly recommend you to do the same).

@@Demonslayer-zd6zm There are a few that repeat themselves. "Light's gone", for example, is at both 6:41 and 32:07 . I did all of the songs that don't repeat themselves once, that's why my playlist ends at 32:06 instead of 36:04 . I just gotta find the time and motivation to do the rest 10 hours

Man, imagine if someone made a post-apocalyptic game showing what would happen if the only survivors in one small town were a small group of kindergarteners, first graders, and second graders. How would that civilisation develop in the aftermath of the apocalypse?
Depends on the type of apocalypse
Nuclear war: they get irradiated either from walking in fallout, drinking irradiated water, or similar means since they wouldn’t know what radiation is
Disease: some may survive, depends on if the kids are smart enough not to go near sick people
Zombs: they should be smart enough to stay away from them, probably survivable

metro exodus somewhat covered this? there was one adult, who is frequently mentioned as "Teacher", but the rest were just kindergarten age children when nuclear war set upon russia. they eventually settled into civilization, with two "factions" per se; on one hand, the pioneers, who lived and died by the teacher's guidance- be nice to girls, handle disputes in due process under the court, be hospitable to your neighbor even if you dislike them, etc., basically the ones who clung to functional society. on the other hand, there were the 'pirates', who strayed further away from the teacher's guidance- they used foul language, didnt care that much for legal processes, did as they want with strangers, basically closer to bandits almost; the people that didnt care so much for a "functional society". as they grew older, the two groups- the pirates and the pioneers- separated more and more til they were just in a fragile balance in respect of the teacher himself. by the time the main character of metro exodus, artyom, comes around, the pirates had basically really set up their own headquarters away from the pioneers out of resentment towards them, and could be seen frequently arguing, and the teacher's name and rules being brought up more and more by the pioneers and respected less and less by the pirates. overall, the two managed to find balance simply because of their upbringing together, but who is to say the two groups would have coexisted for much longer, especially since after the main character leaves, the groups are forced to relocate due to a dam that's nearly broken?
you could also take the fairly short story 'the lord of the flies' as an example of this. a bunch of kids that are just barely into grade school through boys that are maybe 13-14 years old maximum are thrown onto an island to survive. order is first held among the boys, and times are peaceful, but then there becomes an opposing force of jack's group, who care more for savagery and less about the rules of a functional society, and then roger's group who clings onto order, justice, and civilization as we know it until the day they finally leave the island.
a recurring theme with both is the presence of a functional society with justice, laws, and order being present in the beginning, but then a group of people who care less and less for the rules slowly branch out and separate from the group that cares for justice and equality. maybe that would be the same thing that happens
Horizon Zero Dawn had something similar with kids in a bunker growing up and Fallout 4 with a vault from nukes

-You see dozens of shattered buildings , some of which were houses , you start to think about how it was back then , and is suddenly interupted by the innkeeper giving you a drink .
-You paid her with 13 caps , she serves you a cup of beer , you drink it while looking outside
-The same grey and cold clouds are above you , you barely see sunlight , but you're already used to it , it has been like this for 12 years already.
- You started thinking what year is it , and found out it's 1965
- You decided it's time to go , you give 3 caps more for the innkeeper , and leave her tavern

On the old version, I would open it and listen to it when I was doing chores and such. Taking out trash, laundry, homework, etc.
I ended up getting 6 hours in.
But it’s back, now I can start again
Thank you so much for this. There was a playlist on Spotify that I listened to while writing my book that sounds damn near identical to this one; it at least has a lot of the same songs in a similar order. I can't find it anymore and will likely make my own playlist soon, using this as a starting point for artists. Nothing else seems to fit as well for getting writing done than this somber acoustic guitar.

Day 147: can't say how long it's been since I saw another living person and not an Infected, but I can still see the madness of what happened on day 0 of the outbreak and it's been 147 days since then when I isolated myself from anyone or anything, I just wish that when I die that it would be quick and painless but I will try to live as long as I can and just maybe this nightmare will end soon

To be honest, It’s not my video in the first place. It was from other user, the name of which I don’t remember. I saved this video for myself before it was deleted, because I really loved this music. I saw that video got deleted from TH-cam later, and I thought, I should upload it myself, so I it is not going to be forgotten forever. In other words, the original author is the one who needs to be reminded and respected here, as well as the original authors of individual songs.
I am writing a book to this and am very thankful that i found this playlist. while listening to this another world opens in front of me and pulls me in...it kind of emotional honestly..

its 2027, civilization was lost a few years ago yet here i am. still alive, still fighting to survive. luckly, the group we formed held together and lots of my old friends joined us.
nobody knew that i took a combat role, all of them were suprised.
well, im here in my own quarters, all my gear safely stored away, going through old diary's i wrote since it all began.
short diary entry #1. september 2023:
its been a long few weeks since all crumbeled down well, my brother and I founded a group and took on arms to fighr for our survival, we were kind of ruthless at first but it all came to an end when we took over a aupermarket and the shooting range together.
I got alot of blood onto my name, it felt weird but i had no mercy.
Im a well trained shot and quick with my blade if needed.
all an all, we got settled down and took it upon us to build something new.
short diary entry #74. 2026 January.
the last few months were rough again, we got attacked multiple times, we lost guards but we pulled through...
i got injured a bit, on my way to recovery but it still hurts like shit.
fortifications are reinforced now, weapons are mostly custom-made aswell as ammo but it was scarce.
We started to make single-shot rifles, bolt-actions and even revovlers again, even i started using self made and decorated weapons such as these:

rough time, my brother died and gave all the leadership to me...

at time 46:00 scene opens to two pilots over the carrier watching the orange filled broken skys of dawn hitting as one pilot sits on the wing. The other coming up the ladder handing the pilot a beer talking
"We did the best we could do, it's only natural one us earns our true wings." said the guy
"Why did it have to be him, an not anyone else in this war." said the pilot
"one day it will end, somehow if we don't live to outsee it someone else will an thats whats matter the most." *turns his back walks off as the wind blows the pilot stares off at the waves in the ocean like another day as the flag waves in the scene.

The Journal
The Start of all
Day 1: It's halloween. Some sort of virus is going around, people seem to be going crazy. Heh, if this is just a stunt, they're doing an awful good job of it.
Day 3: It really is all over, isn't it? I had to kill my own mother to survive. My hands are shaking, can barely write
Day 8: No survivors. Searched the entire suburbs. All I found were...them. Nothing else. Supplies are in no shortage, at least there's only one mouth to feed, eh?
Day 34: Can't sleep. Killing them is just as bad as killing humans. They aren't dead, they're just sick, and honestly, if any of them are still human on the inside, I can't imagine how it feels to be a prisoner in your own decaying body...
Day 38: Got bitten by one of the bastards. I don't understand, my mother turned in less than 5 minutes. It's been 3 hours, and I don't feel the least bit sick. I'm terrified, I could turn at any second.
Day 55: Nothing. Bite wound has healed fully. Either i'm asymptomatic or i'm one of them, completely delusional.
Day 60: Still nothing. I've relaxed a little. Supplies are running low, gotta head out to the city
Day 76: People. There's still people around, but they aren't friendly. Tried talking to them, almost got shot. I need a weapon, a gun, something to defend myself

The second
Day 1: I found this journal, surpisingly it is very clean.. And isn't very torn up.. Some of the pages look missing, but other then that, it's perfect.. I wonder who wrote in this..
Day 3: Me and my family found an abandoned bunker, we all are pretty grateful no one recently had came here. But, it is pretty broken, but it is better then living outside..
Day 8: If you didn't know, I have two dogs, there names are Forest and Tiny. Well, it seems as they escaped the bunker.. We don't know if they will come back, but personally, for how long they might of been out there I don't think they will make it back.. And even if they did, they would have to be killed..
Day 34: The dogs finally returned.. But.. I can't trust them.. They have bite marks all over them.. And they been acting up lately.. And our food is running low.. One of us either has to go out there and find fresh food, or four of us needs to die.
Day 38: Dad got killed by something.. I am guessing either Mom or the dogs. Mom has been complaining about the food getting to low.. And the dogs are more aggresive then usual..
Day 55: Mom is dead now.. Those dogs are up to something.. Now it's only me and my siblings.. I have three to be exact. There names are Lily, Max, and Ruby. Max is the oldest, while Lily is the youngest..
Day 60: Lily.. She.. She is dead.... And the dogs attacked Max this morning.. And over all of that.. Ruby told us she was going to explore the outside..
Day 76: Ruby is dead, I just know it. I know I won't live to see the light.. I had to kill Max and the dogs.. Now it's just me..
Day 79: It's almost my birthday.. And I'm all alone.. What should I do?.. Head out and try to find people? Or just stay in here?..
Day 81: I decided I needed to head out.. I regret my choice.. The sun is beaming down on me and there is trash everywhere..
Day 83: I... I found Ruby.. She's...... I don't know how to say this but.. She's... Alive...
Day 85: Me and Ruby found a place to live, it has some cards in there so we can keep our sanity..
Day 87: Ruby got the flu and died.. I feel sick.. Not like the flu or anything.. Like... Homesick.. Or more like pastsick...
Day 90: It's my birthday.... I picked up the knife I found on the 87th day... I sTaBbbEd MmmmMMyyy sEllFff... mmyyy eyyyeee sightttt isss realllyyyy fUzzZZy... bAnDit?... iS tHat yOu?..............................................................................

The third
Day 1: I found this journal laying down near a corpse, I think this journal belonged to this fellow here it seems like he or she didn’t have a great ending.
Day 16: Haven’t really been able to write that much the past few week? I don’t really know why I still have this journal it’s been from two different people both seemed to have died. I guess I only really have this journal to keep san.
Day 20: I’ve been fighting theses monsters and bandits for the past four days straight. I’ve been stabbed by a knife not to badly been able to heal it.
Day 27: I found supplies food water and a rifle with 35 shots. I got back to my camp I live alone had to kill two of my family members and I think one friend. It seems like everybody that has written in this journal has kill part of their family. I saw a group of five bandits walk past my camp then they went into cover and started shooting at something I didn’t know what.
Day 46: I thought I lost this journal lucky I didn’t it’s the only thing keeping san. The past weeks have been rough I’ve been killing and hunting theses monsters are so annoying they just get in my way. How the hell did we even get here why are there theses monsters and where did they start from.
Day 50: I heard a trunk drive by and then gun shots. I found a M16, a P90, and another knife off a dead body looked like a survivor didn’t make it that far poor person.
Day 78: Theres a TANK A FREAKING TANK. It’s been awhile after I saw the tank it drove by and killed more people and more of those monsters. Nothing else really happen today still haven’t found any friendly people.
Day 82: I’ve forgotten what is happiness is, it’s just hell now nothing else just the same old thing surviving, killing and looking for supplies.
Day 91: I think heard more gun shots and someone screaming this morning. After I fully woke up I looked around the battle ground that happened this morning got more ammo and weapons and food and water. Still haven’t found anybody nice.
Day 97: It seems like I have lived longer then the other two who wrote in this journal. I’ve forgotten wham my birthday is all I really remember is that I’m around 29 years old and that I’m a good fighter.
Day 104: I haven’t seen any of those monsters in long time now it seems to be that their finally dieing out. I heard a helicopter fly over the city I only saw it leaving it was a military helicopter. I think this apocalypse is finally ending soon. I want this to be over I’ve killed to many things I’m unstable and the only thing stopping me from going off the edge is this journal.
Day 111: The military showed up today and set up a camp near the city. Every once and awhile they send two trunks down to search the city I’ve heard a lot of gun shots the past few days. I don’t know what the military is doing so I’m scared of going out there.
Day 114: The military sent a group of about ten soldiers to inspect my camp. They searched everywhere and then found me. I didn’t know what to do so I dropped everything put my hands on my head and layer flat on the ground. They said that they weren’t going to hurt me and they were just looking for survivors. So they brought me to their camp where they ask me what happened so I gave them this, then they asked me if I knew where any other survivors might be and I said I don’t know.
Day 121: The military is taking me to a better place then here in a helicopter. They also said that this was only the second place to become safer again because there’s no more of those monsters. I still wonder what happened to all the other people and what happened to the other two that wrote in this journal. The military just gave me another choice so now there are two to pick from one to leave this and live s better life or to join the military and save people... I have picked to join them. But this is where I’m going to leave the journal here so someone else might write in it this journal has been past down by three people now one at the start of the apocalypse I think, one near the mid to end of the apocalypse so sad for them and then myself the third to have this journal. I’m leaving the journal here it might be it’s last resting place or it may move.

The fourth
Day 1: I found this journal so i thought i should write in it after reading the other stories. About 3 days ago i saw some military helicopters fly away so today I went to check it out but when I got there the base was destroyed and burning to the ground and while looking around in the rubble I found this journal but then i saw it, a massive monster bigger then the normal ones almost 8 meters tall, I ran behind a crumbled wall and waited till it walked away, once it walked away I ran back to my camp but while running back one of the bigger monsters saw me and charged at me but when I got into the open plains beside my camp it stopped, looked at me with a angry expression and walked away. I was confused because if this thing could destroy an entire military base it should easily take out a camp of 10 survivors but no it just stopped and left.
Day 6: It has been 6 days since i found this journal and something happened today just like the first day, a massive horde of monster charged at us when we where running away but when we got into the open the horde of almost 160 monster just stopped.
Day 24: We where running low on food so we decided to do something we never wanted to, we took some of the infected meat from the monsters and cooked it in a pot with water and some special mushrooms we used to clean the water and at first we were all worried to eat it so we fed it to our dog Frank and after about 4 hours which is the time it takes for the infection to start to show signs didn't do anything so we fed some to Carl and we waited another 4 hours and he was totally fine so we all ate the meat, I hope we can get some normal food soon.
Day 29: It has been 5 days since we all ate the meat and non of us have shown any signs of being infected but we have bigger problems, our radio has broken down so one of us has to try to find some parts to fix it.
Day 47: i finally got one of the best looks at the monsters i think i will ever get, one of them got pushed in by the horde and for an unknown reason it seem it just die in front of us and when i looked at it my god was it scary. They look "human" but very malnourished and with black almost chard like skin, their heads are a humans but they have their head split in half with rows of sharp teeth and pure white eyes where ears should be and on his bottom jaw you can see the face of the poor soul who became this thing and with some black hair like spikes running down their backs.
Day 69: I found a much older military base and while looking for some supplies I found a grenade, yeah I found a goddamn grenade, only one though so I got to use it wisely.
Day 84: so today I thought I would start to figure out why the monster don't try to rip us apart so josh has the idea to think maybe they don't like their own meat so he tried to scared them off with one of there arms, he lost 2 arms, his and the monster one (dumbass). We were able to clean out the infection before he became infected but at least now we can check one thing off the list.
Day 132: So today another monster got pushed in and again died, so we put the body on a table on cut that bitch open and when we looked inside all of its organs were ruptured and where starting to turn to a yellowish red colour instead of the black like the 2 livers I had to eat 9 days ago.
Day 139: I think I finally found it out, the mushrooms. while I was running back from a supply run I threw some of the mushrooms at a monster and it released some yellow spores and when the monster walked into them it started to cough a lot of blood and jerking around like it was trying to get something out of its head until passing out and dying right in front of me so I found an empty spray bottle and filed it with water with the spored in it and I did the dumbest thing I think I have ever done in my 57 years of living, I sprayed the water on one of the massive monster and 4 seconds later the thing dropped dead, now the only problem is that there is not enough mushrooms to make enough to kill very single monster in the city and the world.
Day 265: It has been a very long time since i wrote in here but today is a very special day, we found a working military truck with just enough gas to get us out of town so in about 3 days we are gonna try to leave this place with as many damn mushrooms as we can get our hands on.
Day 268: Just as we are about to leave we get a flat tire so now we have to fine a flat tire which fits a military truck.
Day 370: It has now been a little over a year since I found this journal and today I found a working radio and are now in the process of trying to contact the military
Day 378: The military said they are gonna try to send some helicopters to pick us up and take us to a much safer place.
Day 400: I guess today was the worst day to pick us and i never though this virus could reach the ocean but when the helicopters came to save us there where attacked by a massive infected blue whale with goddamn legs that swallowed the helicopters whole.
Day 421: Today more helicopters came and arrived to pick us us and they brought a chinook helicopter to transport all the mushrooms which have kept us alive so we can maybe save this planet.

Day 450: Today will probably be my last day on this planet, a massive monster horde attacked the base and since all the mushrooms were at a different location we where overrun,

The fifth
Day 451: I'm the only one left of the ten, Bruce, Josh, Mike, Hammond, Terry, Reka, Yan, Mohammed, and Dustin, all dead it is just me now, Carl the only one left. The whole base has been over run and I am on a truck with a group of soldiers we trying to get away from the horde. I don't know if we will make it out alive but there is a very heavily armed base about 200 miles ahead of us which has the mushrooms.
Day 452: I made it to the base but we lost 2 trucks and about 30 men while on the way here, I stepped inside and was greating in a mean way but after i was checked for infection and came out clean I was allowed to roam the base and see what they used the mushrooms for. A bioweapon, it was as they called it an anit virus virus. It was 100% harmless to humans (and smelled kinda nice) but when it touched the virus which caused all of this it would destory it and render it useless but because of this process it also causes any organs under the monsters virus to stop and shut down for good.
Day 460: I've spent the last 6 days trying to figure out where the virus that caused all of this came from it seemed almost, other worldly, no virus on earth can even come close to what this thing has done and no virus turns a human into a monster or any creatrue really.
Before Carl could write another page he dropped the book in a river which took it down stream and too far and dargerous for Carl to look for.
The sixth
Day 465: Found this journal. It's missing pages, it's bloody, and a lot of pages have different handwriting. I'll guess I'll carry ur around with me.
Day 468: My son and I have been searching for more gas. The boy's 7 but he's still gotta help his poor old pop. My son just killed an infected person for the first time. Poor boy, he's all scared.
Day 471: We found a safe place, it's got walls, food, protection, people, everything! My son is going to school for the first time. I love this place.
Day 484: There is a horde of infected outside. They're banging on the walls, causing lots of noise. They're attracted to noise, light, smells, etc. We gotta be careful.
Day 497: A wall just fell down! We gotta go now!
Day 501: My son misses all the friends he made, he misses school and a normal life. The poor boy. He lost his ma, his older sister, and our pet. He's been through a lot. I can feel his pain.
Day 523: I was bit. I've kept on having seizures. I don't have a lot left. My son doesn't know. I must leave this journal with him so he could keep my memory and the memories of all the people who wrote in here.
Day 524: My arm has these visible black veins. It's time for me to leave my son with all my things. I left a note for him letting know why I am gone. My final hours were spent at the beautiful sun set on a mountain. Goodbye my dear boy. Keep this safe.
This is the last part i had saved from the original Journal.

Actually they were not taken down, but the person who posted these was strange and thought it was worth to delete a video and repost it with another background and title every year approximativaly... He was kinda strange and it was annoying when we liked his video...

Marcus's Survival Log, Day 542.
Last night, my big bro Fergus was rudely woken up by yet another infected animal outside his bedroom window.
A pig to be specific, and thank God it was just one.
A single cap to the dome is enough to put 'em in the ground for good, but that doesn't mean they ain't dangerous.
The tiniest scratch from one of those parasitic fucks can be deadly.
Hell, even getting close to one or touching their remains spreads the infection, which is why we walk around in full suits of body armour whenever we need to go outside and stock up on groceries.
It's been exactly a month and 4 days since we lost Mom.
She was bitten by one of the neighborhood dogs, and she soon succumbed to the call of the hive.
I can still remember the look on Dad's face as Fergus pumped 40-something rounds into her gut when she lunged at us.
He missed a good few times owing to the tears streaming down his face, but he eventually put her down.
The cemetery in the city is home to a disgusting piece of shit called a "Host", which I kid you not is made up of dead bodies, so we had to bury her in the back garden, under the old birch tree.
The sound of Dad roaring like one of those Godforsaken monsters as he knelt beside her makeshift headstone lives in my head rent free to this day. I swear, the sheer despair and anguish in his voice still breaks my heart.
I'm doing alright so far, but it still hurts.
Our cat Rihanna, (who Fergus named after his favourite pop star,) almost got bit by one of those creepy fucking spider guys... "Rupters", I think they're called? I blew it's brains out with a single shot, but now Rihanna's too scared to go outside. She won't even leave mine or Ferg's line of sight.
In a way, I'm thankful for that. She's the only cat in the neighborhood that hasn't been infected, and I want it to stay that way for as long as possible.
From what I've heard, those bastards really hate fire, so I think it's time we bought ourselves some flamethrowers, some fuel and a shitload of incendiary rounds for our guns, and light these bitches up!

I swear to fucking Christ, if it's another Yelloweye swarm, I'm gonna pop a vein!
If I don't make it back, then maybe this journal could be of some use to any survivors who happen to find and kill my assimilated corpse.

The guy who upload it was kinda strange : regularly he delete his videos and repost them with another background... When we asked him why he told us that it was for money, in his opinion it was worth deleting and reupload his video than letting the first one grow...

When they started to come out of the ground I managed to hide with my younger brother in an old bunker. We were sure that all our relatives had been devoured or died for other reasons. We lived there for about a year and decided to go out when the food started to run out.
When we saw that all the cities were turned into ruins we were scared, even though we expected such a picture. But the most important thing is that the monsters have disappeared.
We began to wander through the cities that once belonged to a huge country in search of food, water, a safe place and eventually people. I don't remember how long it lasted, but we found people. At first they were extremely hospitable and kind to us. But after a while they went berserk and promised to eat us.
I couldn't save my brother... And then I got out and ran away. Honestly, at that moment I wanted to kill myself, but I promised before that to avenge my brother. When I came back, they were already gone. And now I'm going after them. This is my road to retribution.
