Great tips for getting reviews quickly! I'm curious, what methods have you found to be the most effective yet safest in terms of avoiding suspension? Any real-life examples of what to avoid?
I’m glad you found the video helpful. The quickest way is Vine. The new best is focusing on sales, more sales = more reviews. However, you should incorporate all the strategies I went over in the video.
Amazing thanks for this! Can I ask… I noticed on your review card you’re ‘directing customers away’ to your website where you gather their details. Is this not against policy? Also you have ‘follow us’ on FB and IG. Is not directing customers away? I’m selling on amazon uk. Thanks.
You're welcome, I'm glad you found value in the video. No it isn't. It's only against the TOS if you are trying to circumvent Amazon's buying process. IE: trying to get people to buy from your website instead of on Amazon.
Hello Crescent ! Great video as usual ! When it comes to the Purchase Order Agreement, where should I send it to the supplier? Is it on Alibaba chat, or is there some kind of software for that? Thanks in advance!
Great video Crescent!!! SMASHED L & C for YT Algo. Question: I have just sent some stock inbound to my Australian FBA. If I sign up for VINE in that region(Australia), I'm assuming the reviews will reflect on other markets as its ASIN related?? Just wondering because I want to launch in USA also, but not sure if I have to enroll in the USA VINE program. Btw didn't know about the POSTCODE thing with friends and family reviews, good to know!!
Hello! I'm glad you found value in the video and thanks for your support, I appreciate it! Products are only available in the local marketplace so your product listing isn't going to appear in the other marketplaces... unless you enroll for Global Selling: sell.amazon.com/global-selling
Hi Cresent, thanks for your video. According to the Amazon TOS, "You may not attempt to circumvent the Amazon sales process or divert Amazon customers to another website. This means that you may not provide links or messages that prompt users to visit any external website or complete a transaction elsewhere." Does this mean we are not allowed to take them to a landing page? Thanks
I'm confused, because the 2nd part of that TOS sentence doesn't say you have to be doing anything to circumvent the sales process, they're clearly stating they don't want us diverting anyone to a website at all. How is that not a violation?@@CrescentKao
Hello! We have the amazon vine option on our account, but since our products are seasonal, it would be best to launch the program in August/September in order to get better reviews from the viners. Do you think that Amazon may withdraw the option for Vine if we haven't used it for a few months? Is there an expiration period? (In Germany, where we sell, the fee is quite expensive 1350 eur for a single asin, unlike the US/UK where I believe it is much cheaper)
What if the shipping and billing addresses are different? My friend is a well-known college professor with 2,000 students. What if he influences students to buy products where the shipping address is always the same, and the students provide reviews (with videos and photos) once I receive the products? Is this legal, or acceptable?
Hi Mr. Kao, you mention Amazon expects 1% of reviews generates a review on average. Is that 100 sales of the exact same ASIN or 100 sales in general (all asins) from your brand? Please clarify.
Hi Crecent, I can’t make my product visible on Amazon, when I make the search it doesn’t come up in all the results 😅. My product is live but it’s invisible
Hello. First, new listings can take 24-48 hours to get indexed in the search algorithm. If its been longer than 48hrs, then because the listings in a search or sorted primarily by the daily sales velocity and since you have no sales, it's going to be on the very last pages if at all. You need to run PPC to get your initial sales and boost your listings higher in the search, this goes over it: th-cam.com/video/SzBzdSixRAU/w-d-xo.html
I see, it’s been more than 1 year since it went live, but I can’t even find it in the very last one. I’ve tried almost everything but nothing works. Do you think the only way to do it it’s paying to Amazon to be visible?
Hello Crescent, i have a question and no one answers me, i got this note from one of your old vids. I have heard that if MY barcode that i get from seller central ( using print item label ) Starts with BO then ill be facing issues with the product label once my shipment reach amazon. so i changed my sittings to always get amazon barcodes which should start with XO, i tried printing the items label again and it dident change, so i converted my listing from FBA to FBM. then i tried to re-change it to FBA but i found a statement from amazon that says "Manufacturer Barcode Only", the Manufacturer barcode is the one that starts with BO. Is there a way for me to use amazon barcodes ? i tried understanding the reason behind that, but there was no answers. iam a private label brand
If you changed the barcode setting after you created the listing, you can either delete the listing and create it again using the same UPC and SKU or add a new condition.

Vine reviewers are ball breakers. I got a 4* review from one stating that my product was excellent and it worked (I sell a supplement) but it was pricey so they docked off a star. I thought this was total bs. Everyone knows the price of a product being sold; it is not a surprise or a mystery. Amazon should not be allowing price as a factor in reviews.
@@CrescentKao Yes, I am sure I can make improvements. As a new brand it is hard to get people to try a new product.
