I would recommend the Essence Cosmetics long lasting eye pencil- it's very inexpensive but works beautifully & it is, as the name of the product implies, long lasting.. it also comes in a range of 11 shades which is fun... Love you Allie xx

That foundation is what I wore the day of my scheduled C-section. It really lasted 24 hours and looked great. Had all the nurses asking what I was wearing and where I got my lashes.

I don’t know what kind of foundation you like or your age or skin concerns, but if you haven’t tried the L’Oréal true match nude serum foundation - you need too! It’s so good. It’s not full coverage. But, it can be built up nicely. And the revlon colorstay for normal/dry skin is nice too. That one is more full coverage. ❤️

This was a great video! The L'Oreal Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation is, in my opinion, the best foundation out there. I've tried SO. MANY. FOUNDATIONS. over the years (like an embarrassing amount of foundations), and this one takes the cake, high end or low end. It always looks beautiful, wears well, has so many color & undertone options, and does what it says it will.
Also, I am living for these videos of stuff that we already have. I think these past few years have been hard on a lot of people financially and having YTers who don't just constantly push buying and new products, overly hyped trends, and who actually shop their stash, or choose to do looks with things we may have, are so amazing! I agree! The PF eye booster liquid liner is amazing and I rarely hear anyone talk about it. I have hooded eyes and it does not transfer, smudge or flake. I will choose that over any high end liner any day!
Years ago I discovered Maybelline Sensational mascara and used it faithfully for years. Then I went on a spending spree looking for the perfect mascara. After spending too much and trying many different mascaras, you reminded me how much I used to love this product. I bought myself a new one on sale for about $7 Cad. And now I am back using everyday! Thanks for steering me back to an all time great product and the only mascara I have ever worn that does not end up on my face or below my eye or anywhere else mascara can run. This stuff stays in place! I love it again so THANKS Allie!
The Flower blush in Spiced Petal is currently my favorite to use as an eyeshadow! It's gorgeous and builds up really well when I want a bit of a deeper peachy shade.
I find that any product that feels like it’s my favorite for whatever reason is really the only product of that kind I need. Unfortunately, you can spend a lot and still not find what you’re looking for. Or you find your best of the best and it gets discontinued. That’s why videos like yours are so helpful. I would love if you did these updates often, like every few months you give us an update on what your favorite drugstore and high end products are and why they changed or not. I also would love more in-depth videos on why you chose each product as your favorite! For example, you talked about the NYX lipliners and I would love if you did a lipliner video talking about the different drugstore lipliners you've tried and what your experience was with them. As someone who is easily overwhelmed by all the choices and trying to figure out what products works for me it would be super helpful to learn from someone as experienced as you! This was so helpful for me Allie. I have several empties that I need to replace with new products as well as a need for a new foundation. The foundation that I have used for years no longer works for my skin. I am not sure if the formula changed or what, but the formula of the newest bottle I purchased is completely different. For eyeliner I use the Loreal infallible 24 hour brown and black eyeshadow! I love using this eyeshadow as an eyeliner instead of traditional eyeliner! It stays put and the application is easy!

I'm devastated that the Essence Shine Shine Shine lipglosses have been discontinued and replaced. I doubt it, but I hope the brand takes the feedback/backlash into consideration and brings them back in the future, because this was a huge mistake. It sounds like the new version is a far cry from the OG. Why do brands kill off some of their cult favorites or bestsellers? Maybelline Great Lash has been around for eternity and it's such a lame formula, yet these wonderful glosses aren't kept around for good. Yeah, I'm salty about it.
I agree. It upsets me that Elf has DISCONTINUED just about everything that I loved. Like their gleam glow highlighter palette that was absolutely beautiful and their sheer slick lip products that I never got to try

The absolute best drugstore eyeliner I’m obsessed with is the Maybelline Hypereasy brush tip liner in waterproof pitch black. It is soo good. It’s a complete dupe for KVD tattoo liner. It doesn’t budge at all and goes on so easy and smooth and the pin stays wet and doesn’t dry out easily.
Lash Sensational!!! It's truly amazing! I'd also recommend Elf Bite Size eyeshadow quads. I've only tried Cream and Sugar so far, but I've heard good things about many others. They're only $3 so I can basically build a unique "palette" for the same amount as a normal palette.
Yes the colorpop eye pallets are great! I think it’s so important to know about the tone of the colors cause they really will look different on different ppl’s skin! I had bought nude mood (which I didn’t know at the time of purchase was the warm toned palette) and I have such cool undertones that the colors looked awful on me, so orange and blah! So now I got that’s taupe like you instead.
Hope I'm not too late to the party! My favorite eyeliner is NYX Eye Pencil. The wooden one, NOT the Epic waterproof one. That inexpensive pencil is never too hard, never too soft, stays where I put it, creamy enough to be a sideways smudge that holds a powder color on top of it if that's what I want, and it's easy to remove (which is why I don't use waterproof!). Many colors available, I use browns, taupe and gray; black is too harsh for me. Wish they'd come out with a good navy blue! I don't do tightlining on the upper lid, or waterlining on the bottom, so I can't speak to how well it lasts in either application. But for basic lining, this is the bomb! Thank you for all the time and energy you put into these presentations! It says alot about honesty when most of your top choices are affordable products!

Love this I use more affordable makeup most of the time. I heard the discontinued the Essence Shine Shine Shine gloss. I have an eyeliner for you to try. I use it to tight line my watery eyes and it stays better than anything else. It is the LA Girl Ultimate Eye liner.

The best highlighter I've ever used is by catrice. It looks like healthy skin. No glitter just pure gorgeousness. I'm surprised more people don't talk about it. It beats out every high end highlighter I own. Oh and clump crusher mascara by cover girl. AMAZING
The nyx liners and flower blushes are the best!!! And I would LOVE if every setting spray on the market had the same mister as the Colourpop one! It’s the finest mist!! The Morphe continuous setting mist is also a good one. I have been loving the Maybelline Lifter Glosses!! Specifically in Ice and Petal 💕 I don’t have the color Stone yet, but it’s a beautiful shade as well!
The best eyeliner at the drugstore for me is ABSOLUTELY the Maybelline Hyper Easy Liquid Pen No-Skip Eyeliner. Please, if you haven't already, TRY IT!! Actually I don't know why it hasn't gone viral yet. The No.1 reason is that it is SO easy to draw. It doesn't push the hood of my eye and messes up with the shade of the line. It doesn't dry down too quickly so you have some time if you want to adjust it, but it does dry down after and does not smudge (one time I accidentally slept in it, and the second day my eyeliner only faded a little bit). It is easy to take off too. The only thing I don't like is that it is not a matte finish but more like a matte-satin finish, I want them to come out with a jet black, matte version (that'll be a dream come true)!! In my opinion, it is better than the famous Stila eyeliner because the Stila smudges on me yet it is hard to take off. I also like the rare beauty eyeliner which is also very easy to draw, but the rare beauty leaks for me for some reason (and I know other people have a similar experience with it).
My go to black liquid eyeliner is the waterproof physician's formula eye booster. Been useing it for years. Super black and long lasting. Goes where I want it too aswell.
The L’Oréal foundation is Perfection it beats a lot of my high end foundations also I recently tried the maybelline tinted eyebrow mascara and it’s amazing .. definitely would love a high end Version of this
I will have to try that Milani bronzer! It looks like a dupe for the Juvias Place bronzer duo. Which I think is amazing. Love your videos! As for eyeliners... I know it's not technically an eyeliner but I use it as one. The Elf No Budge Shadow Sticks, well, they don't budge! I have oily under eyes and they will stay on my lash line all day without running down my eyes. Best liner from the drugstore and high end in my opinion. And I also love Maybelline lip products. Especially the Lifter glosses... Those are fun!
I like Revlon Color Stay Skinny liquid eyeliner. I can make a super thin line right on the lash line all the way to a thick wing. I like it better than any high end liners I have tried!
I put this under the mascara according to you but I will put it here too for the favorite drugstore eyeliner. I like to use Melanies stay put pencil and on top of that my favorite drugstore eyeliner is physicians formula ultrafine liquid eyeliner in deep brown. It is so precise and does not even look like anything overdone. I think it would look beautiful on you all by itself. It’s very natural looking. I look forward to what everyone else says!
I just want to thank you sooooo much for this video! Absolutely wonderful information. I do like high end but with the price of gas and groceries it's hard to justify $40 lipsticks to the budget. I use a lot of the products already (yes, Maybelline Lash Sensational cannot be beat) but was happy to see a full face of beautiful, affordable make up. For me, my current go-to eyeliner and probably the only liner I would buy forever is the Physician’s Formula waterproof black eyeliner. I choose it over my NYX Epic Ink liner and my Stila eyeliners. I use it everyday.

I actually am wearing that exact 4/1 primer & L'Oreal 24 hr foundation right now. Tbh, I love the Maybelline 4-1 even more than the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter. My new favorite foundation ATM is the new N1 de Chanel. Only thing I did notice was it definitely isn't longer lasting. If I plan to have it on all day again I'm going to change up my primer and setting spray with ones made for longevity. Actually bought that taupe ColourPop palette about a month ago. Sooo pretty. Probably would have bought the coconut one if I'd seen it.

For eyeliner..the elf crayons and The wet n wild heartbreak proof eyeliner. I have hooded aging sensitive eyes and these are the drugstore products that work on me. Kiko is not in the drugstore, but its drugstore priced and absolutely lovely as a very long lasting product. I never worry then they're on my lids or tightlined..did i say i had oily lids??? Yup, for me these are tried and true even after a 12 (13) hour shift!

Maybelline unstoppable eyeliner in onyx is my favorite liner. I use it in my waterline and it never transfers to the lower. Thanks for a great informative video.

I'm devastated that the Essence Shine Shine Shine lipglosses have been discontinued and replaced. I doubt it, but I hope the brand takes the feedback/backlash into consideration and brings them back in the future, because this was a huge mistake. It sounds like the new version is a far cry from the OG. Why do brands kill off some of their cult favorites or bestsellers? Maybelline Great Lash has been around for eternity and it's such a lame formula, yet these wonderful glosses aren't kept around for good. Yeah, I'm salty about it.
Catrice's clear looking lip glosses are also as nice as high-end. Hopefully they didn't get discontinued LOL
Nyx just came out with a clear butter gloss. I'm dying to try that. And even though it's pricier Milani highly rated clear gloss is amazing

I agree. It upsets me that Elf has DISCONTINUED just about everything that I loved. Like their gleam glow highlighter palette that was absolutely beautiful and their sheer slick lip products that I never got to try

Yes! I would pick Lash sensational and going coconuts and pretty fresh setting spray too! Milani bronzer is good but my pick would be loreal's Lumi bronze it.
The NYX concealer is soooo good. Sometimes I'll just wear that on my face with some powder on top and it looks great.
I adore that setting spray, and as you said, the mister is DIVINE!
The absolute best drugstore eyeliner I’m obsessed with is the Maybelline Hypereasy brush tip liner in waterproof pitch black. It is soo good. It’s a complete dupe for KVD tattoo liner. It doesn’t budge at all and goes on so easy and smooth and the pin stays wet and doesn’t dry out easily.
Lash Sensational!!! It's truly amazing! I'd also recommend Elf Bite Size eyeshadow quads. I've only tried Cream and Sugar so far, but I've heard good things about many others. They're only $3 so I can basically build a unique "palette" for the same amount as a normal palette.

I think it’s so important to know about the tone of the colors cause they really will look different on different ppl’s skin! I had bought nude mood (which I didn’t know at the time of purchase was the warm toned palette) and I have such cool undertones that the colors looked awful on me, so orange and blah! So now I got that’s taupe like you instead.
i agree with a lot especially the bronzer! I've tried all from high-end to DS and this one was for me too!
Hope I'm not too late to the party! My favorite eyeliner is NYX Eye Pencil. The wooden one, NOT the Epic waterproof one. That inexpensive pencil is never too hard, never too soft, stays where I put it, creamy enough to be a sideways smudge that holds a powder color on top of it if that's what I want, and it's easy to remove (which is why I don't use waterproof!). Many colors available, I use browns, taupe and gray; black is too harsh for me. Wish they'd come out with a good navy blue! I don't do tightlining on the upper lid, or waterlining on the bottom, so I can't speak to how well it lasts in either application. But for basic lining, this is the bomb! Thank you for all the time and energy you put into these presentations! It says alot about honesty when most of your top choices are affordable products!

The best highlighter I've ever used is by catrice. It looks like healthy skin. No glitter just pure gorgeousness. I'm surprised more people don't talk about it. It beats out every high end highlighter I own. Oh and clump crusher mascara by cover girl. AMAZING
The nyx liners and flower blushes are the best!!! And I would LOVE if every setting spray on the market had the same mister as the Colourpop one! It’s the finest mist!! The Morphe continuous setting mist is also a good one. I have been loving the Maybelline Lifter Glosses!! Specifically in Ice and Petal 💕 I don’t have the color Stone yet, but it’s a beautiful shade as well!

The best eyeliner at the drugstore for me is ABSOLUTELY the Maybelline Hyper Easy Liquid Pen No-Skip Eyeliner. Please, if you haven't already, TRY IT!! Actually I don't know why it hasn't gone viral yet. The No.1 reason is that it is SO easy to draw. It doesn't push the hood of my eye and messes up with the shade of the line. It doesn't dry down too quickly so you have some time if you want to adjust it, but it does dry down after and does not smudge (one time I accidentally slept in it, and the second day my eyeliner only faded a little bit). It is easy to take off too. The only thing I don't like is that it is not a matte finish but more like a matte-satin finish, I want them to come out with a jet black, matte version (that'll be a dream come true)!! In my opinion, it is better than the famous Stila eyeliner because the Stila smudges on me yet it is hard to take off. I also like the rare beauty eyeliner which is also very easy to draw, but the rare beauty leaks for me for some reason (and I know other people have a similar experience with it).
My go to black liquid eyeliner is the waterproof physician's formula eye booster. Been useing it for years. Super black and long lasting. Goes where I want it too aswell.
I'm still using the rimmel powder, too! Got that from you!! The pixi line of eye liners is really good.
The L’Oréal foundation is Perfection it beats a lot of my high end foundations also I recently tried the maybelline tinted eyebrow mascara and it’s amazing .. definitely would love a high end Version of this
I will have to try that Milani bronzer! It looks like a dupe for the Juvias Place bronzer duo. Which I think is amazing. Love your videos! As for eyeliners... I know it's not technically an eyeliner but I use it as one. The Elf No Budge Shadow Sticks, well, they don't budge! I have oily under eyes and they will stay on my lash line all day without running down my eyes. Best liner from the drugstore and high end in my opinion. And I also love Maybelline lip products. Especially the Lifter glosses... Those are fun!
I like Revlon Color Stay Skinny liquid eyeliner. I can make a super thin line right on the lash line all the way to a thick wing. I like it better than any high end liners I have tried!

I put this under the mascara according to you but I will put it here too for the favorite drugstore eyeliner. I like to use Melanies stay put pencil and on top of that my favorite drugstore eyeliner is physicians formula ultrafine liquid eyeliner in deep brown. It is so precise and does not even look like anything overdone. I think it would look beautiful on you all by itself. It’s very natural looking. I look forward to what everyone else says!
I just want to thank you sooooo much for this video! Absolutely wonderful information. I do like high end but with the price of gas and groceries it's hard to justify $40 lipsticks to the budget. I use a lot of the products already (yes, Maybelline Lash Sensational cannot be beat) but was happy to see a full face of beautiful, affordable make up. For me, my current go-to eyeliner and probably the only liner I would buy forever is the Physician’s Formula waterproof black eyeliner. I choose it over my NYX Epic Ink liner and my Stila eyeliners. I use it everyday.

My favorite liquid eyeliner is Essence Super Precise Eyeliner hands down. It lasts all day. It's doesn't smudge or flake. It looks just as good at the end of the night as it does when I put it on in the morning. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it.

I actually am wearing that exact 4/1 primer & L'Oreal 24 hr foundation right now. Tbh, I love the Maybelline 4-1 even more than the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter.
My new favorite foundation ATM is the new N1 de Chanel. Only thing I did notice was it definitely isn't longer lasting. If I plan to have it on all day again I'm going to change up my primer and setting spray with ones made for longevity.
Actually bought that taupe ColourPop palette about a month ago. Sooo pretty. Probably would have bought the coconut one if I'd seen it.
My favourite eyeliners are Lancome le crayon khol in Noir and For drugstore MUA intense colour eyeliner in Royal Blue. I'm on my 3rd of the MUA one I'm obsessed with this shade of blue.

For eyeliner..the elf crayons and The wet n wild heartbreak proof eyeliner. I have hooded aging sensitive eyes and these are the drugstore products that work on me. Kiko is not in the drugstore, but its drugstore priced and absolutely lovely as a very long lasting product. I never worry then they're on my lids or tightlined..did i say i had oily lids??? Yup, for me these are tried and true even after a 12 (13) hour shift!
