Arbitration for Homeowners

This is super helpful! We're considering going into arbitration with our home builder because of an excessive water/sump pump issue. We've called them within the Warranty period to no avail. We finally decided to hire a contractor to run the water into the street, but now there's a new hazard. There's way too much water in the street and kids keep slipping on it.
The purchase agreement states we need to fo through arbitration with our choice of 3 arbitration service providers.
How can we determine how much this will cost? Where do we even start? Who do will call? Thanks so much!
