    it is clearly visible that the rubber is difficult for the user.
    There are no particular difficulties with the opponent. "I will stay with the Grass D-tec.
    Thanks for the presentation.

      I think Ilius is totally different from GrassD. So if you are looking for slower and good at pushing( short chop ) with back spin, this rubber will be worth of trying for you. In my idea, spin reversal and disruption of GrassD is better than Ilius. Thank you for watching!

      I will let you know new projects soon! It must be good for you either ^^ Ilius is high potential rubber, I think. I think it will be also good on offensive racket. Butterfly did good job with new type of sponge for long pimple!

    against fast drives which thickness do you think is better? My main problem is chopping against fast drives where the ball goes too far over the table

      In my idea, heavier racket is easier. BUT it really depends on your swing speed...^^

    Hii its a very enjoyable video!! I'm using a Diode V and im looking for a Pimple that can give me security and control because i chop for far away from the table i play classic defense, which pimple can you recommend me? Im just looking for control and alot of back spin. Thank you!!

    Thanks for the review! Have you evertried ilius s 1.3 on Nexy JSH? I'm looking for p3ar alternatives .

      I haven't tried yet...it must be interested ^^ I heard that our legend Mr.Joo also used to use Curl P3alpha short time when he was playing for T league in japan. But he came back to P1R again...Hope I can test one day. In my mind it must be good balance for deception and short chop on the table. Thank you very much for watching my video!

      @saghin546 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@thankstabletennis3038 from my understanding when Joo was playing in T league he had not used NEXY JSH. Only 1 or 2 match in 2021 did his use the combination of Nexy JSH and p3ar, judging from the sound and backhand trajectory. I'm trying ilius s 1.3 with it now, interesting touching, but I hope there would be 1.5mm sponge or heavier ones to provide better blade resonance. Thank you!

    • @thankstabletennis3038

      @@saghin546 In my idea, When Mr.Joo made nexy Joo blade, he used Curl P-1R 1.5mm sponge. So I also feel thicker sponge will be better for nexy Joo. In here Korea, most of professional chopper, they are using thicker sponge from when they are kid. We got many influences from player's environment, their table tennis culture...etc. So not only table tennis but also sports is so very interested ^^ Thank you very much for your comment!

    Hi Sir, I just bought diode v after watch your video. Before this, I used petr korbel butterfly blade. Im modern defender who loves to cut from bh and looping and attack from forehand. Can you suggest me what rubber suitable for my blade for power looping. Thanks again.
    A beginner modern defender from Malaysia. 🙂

      Thank you very much for watching my video! Diode V is really good for looping with forehand. It is really impressive blade. But about back hand long chop, I felt that player need fast enough swing speed. Also that blade is suitable for long chop for brashing. In my opinion, long chop have a few type. Hope I can make video for long chop one day ^^ Sorry! About your rubber, in my case, I felt good with Evolution MX-P. With T05 Hard, Forehand loop is amazing. But back hand was bit hard. By the way, what long pimple rubber and thickness of sponge on your back hand are you using now? Sorry for long message!

      I use secret flow from Sauer and Trogger, very effective for forehand loops

      Would suggest MX-P or JOOLA Dynaryz AGR/ACC (ACC is slightly softer)

    Which sponge was first and what was last?
    0.5 , 1.0 , 1.3 or 1.3 , 1.0, 0.5?
    Which do you recommend for buttefly joo se hyuk?

    • @thankstabletennis3038
      @thankstabletennis3038  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think I started from 0.5mm sponge. And then moved to 1.0mm,1.3mm. With JooSeHyuk, if you are ok with push(short chop) with 0.5mm, 0.5mm is also good. Actually 1.0mm and 1.3mm sponge will be much easier to make spinny push(short chop).But I worry about weight for you. It is not too heavy for you? Also when you chop, you need to adjust height of ball carefully. 0.5mm sponge will be easier to control the height of ball when I chop in my feeling. Thank you very much for watching my video! Good Luck to all Chopper! ^^

    • @teddybearasaurus
      @teddybearasaurus ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@thankstabletennis3038 i am not so worried about weight. I use tenergy 64 1.7 on the other side so its pretty light for me. Do you think the chop is naturally lower with 0.5 or 1.3? I currently use p1r 1.0-1.2

    • @thankstabletennis3038
      @thankstabletennis3038  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@teddybearasaurus That's good! Compare with P-1R with 1.2mm sponge, you may feel hard to control the height of ball when you chop at first time. But Ilius is slower than P-1R. So maybe you can adjust. Besides, feeling is very different between Ilius and CurlP-1R. Hope you will be ok ^^ Thank you very much for your reply! ^^

    p1을 쓰다가 이리우스 s로 갈아탔습니다. 생각보다 변화가 적고 반발력도 줄어든 기분인데 그런 느낌을 받았나요??

    • @thankstabletennis3038
      @thankstabletennis3038  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      네 저도 그렇게 느꼈습니다.
      컬P1은 상대편의 스핀의 양이 그대로 돌아가는 반면
      이리우스S는 그 양이 줄어서 가는 느낌이예요.
      제 느낌으로는 변화도 컬P1이 좋은 것 같아요.
      반면, 이리우스S의 좋은 점은
      우리가 스핀을 만들 수 있어서
      컬P1보다 많은 기술을 자유롭게 쓸 수 있는 것 같아요.

    Should I switch from TSP curl p1r (1.0) to Butterfly ilius S?My blade Butterfly diode V.

    • @thankstabletennis3038
      @thankstabletennis3038  2 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Thank you very much for your comment! I have used Diode V with TSP Curl P-1R 1.0mm. Oh! Exactly same as yours ^^ I liked that set up. But I felt that push( short chop ) was bit difficult for me. Also when I received power drive or speed drive with curl P-1R, I couldn't control the height and length of chopping. I am not sure about your style well. But if you have similar problem with me, Ilius S is one of the choice for you. Especially chop against power drive or speed drive. Sorry about long message. This all is my private idea. Hope it will be even bit helpful for you. Good Luck!

      I am also interested in those combination! In my idea, Diode V with 1.1mm is more suitable than 0.5mm for Diode V. In the Video which Butterfly made for Ilius, Shibutani Hiroshi from Butterfly used Ilius with 1.1mm sponge for Diode V. When I have time, I will try! Thank you for watching!

    Not a great comparison, the blades are all different speed. Also the attacker for the last rubber is clearly hitting less forcefully than in the other tests
