never went to sweden but as an NRI i suggest if you plan permenent residency in Sweden better allow kid in swedish it will be better to get used to new country and culture and new friends And in home you can start teaching Indian regional language and English. And other very very important its free And when your kid reach college level it will be very big plus because you know from all over the world including from India many students want to study in Europe and even in Sweden while you already staying here (after 10 plus years ) you are having big advantage so that your kid. while comparing indian school kid to sweden school kid level it may look like Indian school kids knowing many things but once after college passed out then you know the difference between both educstion level even you can compare IIT to here All the best

But the thing is you may not get some discounted fees or something like that .But once you get your kid's personal no. you can update it later in the school ( if you get any school) . There are couple of English speaking jobs but it's very limited. But agar aap ko swedish aata hai to opportunities badh jaate hai. PR K liye swedish language mandatory ho sakte hai. New rules are coming very soon
