If a child born in India and after 15-20 days we shift to Sweden under company work permit, does the company provides PL to parents? Or it is applicable to the child who only born in Sweden? what if father don't want to take PL or is it mandatory to take leave? Any certain conditions? Please help me to reply.

PL is not mandatory for fathers but you are still allowed to take it
