If you're thinking and maybe need to work on a trait or two, we can help you... adventuretoprofit.com
1. Inspire.
2. Courage.
3. Decide quickly.
4. Think about profit.
I really like the point about making quick and informed decisions. Knowing that the decision you make may not be right at first, and that’s ok.
I have two parents that were in top management positions and a grandmother who managed one of the largest banks in Atlanta in the late 60's. This is very intriguing.
I love the way you express your ideas
Great tips, thanks Greg!
Great content Greg! Love it.
Very good vid, thanks for sharing!! 👏🏽
When you mentioned you don't talk about a potential candidate's work history that much but getting their reaction about the company vision and their place in it....good call.
Yes, it helps so much to know the person is excited to help forward that vision!
@@MatterhornBusinessDevelopment In terms of potential hiring, I focus on asking the boss(if they are interviewing me) "what inspired you to start this business?" This is a great interview insightful questioning for potential candidates instead of asking the same mundane questions that goes on in interviewing. If potential candidates asked this more, you will find a "diamond in the rough" because your take on inspiration is going to draw some interesting feedback by way of loyal workers. It is a "make or break" to eliminate those that are just there for a paycheck or a genuine hire. If I owned a business that would be one of the 1st things I look for in a future candidate.
Thanks 🙏 love it.
Thank you so much
Loving the content! Always putting out gems! Came from the live webinar with Chris Bossio! As a young barber and entrepreneur, I find this very useful! Keep growing the channel!
That’s awesome! Chris is great.
Thanks for watching and glad you’re finding it helpful!
@@MatterhornBusinessDevelopment No problem!
Congratulations!🎉🎉 on your business!
Excellent!
Agreed but.... Profit must not work like a 'Blinder' to create a confused view of business especially in a complex and competitive scenario. We must be clear about Absolute Profit and Profitability (Rate of Profit). A CEO has multiple requirements which much be organized in proportion to eventual impact of each factor. This is a Complex Game indeed !
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Ok, I like the point about profit even more. Will look for that book
Profit First is a great book for any business owner
