Greening the Community, A Mantis Impact Initiative

At Mantis, we are passionate about development opportunities for the youth in local communities within our African footprint.
As part of our Greening the Community initiative, we sponsored a Youth Development Programme, with two graduates being selected for six-month conservation-focused internships, which are currently under way in the Eastern Cape. Siyazenzela (meaning “we are doing it for ourselves”) is delivered by our implementation partner Wilderness Foundation Africa. It was a great pleasure hosting 19 youths from Kwa Nobuhle and seeing the personal transformations unfold!
