I'm Anna and I've been creating stickers & stationery for planners & creative memory keepers since 2016! I recently learned about paper collators and my impulsive brain said "NEED"... then I saw the price. I managed to source a used one about an hour away and decided it was worth the risk of trying to get it to a working condition!

Love your new equipment 🤩 one suggestion: I was thinking if you feed colored sheets in the 5th slot, it will act as a separator between your sets; like 4 sticker sheets and one colored. It will be a visual separation. It can make your packing process faster!
I don’t know if I was able to explain 🤓

Ooooh no I understand!! That's a good idea, thank you! I'm hoping we can fix the jogger which would pile each collated kit off-set from each other, but I've not had time to look at it yet 🤣

You don’t know what you don’t know! Every machine you get will have its own things you have to be sure to do. Good on you managing to figure out how to replace vital parts. Win

Would it help if you added blank sheets at the bottom to trick it into collating more of the actual kits?
    Edit: love watching your vlogs!

thank you!! ooooh yes that is a really good idea - I'll try that! I think also once I am a bit more confident I could send multiple kits through at once

@Plannerface yes! I think it grabs multiple when the stack runs low, so if you add 5 blanks or so to the back of your kit-stack, the actual kits will collate and the blanks will just pop out as a stack of blanks ready to be repurposed again? In my head it makes sense haha
