Audioslave - Like a Stone - Old Guy Reaction

Another Audioslave reaction. Man, they are good. This song "Like a Stone". was really good. Now, I know you guys think I just like every song I listen to, but I am only listening to songs you guys recommend. In this case, it was recommended by Rocker Lady. So how could I not like it?
It is impossible. These guys have their own style and sound and it resonates with me. A chill type of rock. Mostly alternative.
I like it a lot.

Black Hole Sun was written by Chris Cornell who was lead singer of Sound Garden before he fronted the band Audioslave from the bandmembers from Rage Against The Machine once their lead singer had left. They formed Audioslave together. Chris Cornell: One of the best voices in Rock!!!! RIP Chris. By the way, Chris could be mellow and a great lead singer/showman. Depended on the group he was in. He also was a prolific songwriter and had a ton of solo stuff. You should watch some early Sound Garden and Temple of the Dog, a one of off album he made with early Pearl Jam members before they formed Pearl Jam. It's a classic.

Chris was originally the singer of Soundgarden, a grunge band.
His voice was iconic, and recognizable.
I cried the day I heard he had taken his life. Tragic. Heartbreaking. 😢

i heard this song a thousand times, still getting goosebumps everytime. Tom Morello is one of the best guitarists out there and his sound and playstyle is unique! If you want to hear more, listen to the band "Rage against the machine" - Killing in the name / Bulls on Parade are the most known songs. Bute there is more like Sleep now in the fire / Guerilla Radio / Wake up 👌

Don't care what anyone says, this album is a RELIGIOUS album. Every song is written in that manner. If you have never thought so, listen, it's so obvious. This song especially, Reading a book full of death telling me I will die alone. Uh, Bible. He longs to be in HIS house. Who's house? GOD's house and he was well on his way.

Oh he was a fantastic showman live and in other songs expecting Temple Of the Dog he's a monster on stage. GOAT he uses his throat to squeeze to seem like he's forcing, believe me he was not. He could go way higher clean and strong. Watch Chocise, their first song.
