Obviously Nick is great in every aspect but what I personally respect the most is the fact that he can put his ego away, use "not so heavy" weight but have textbook perfect form, which is way more harder and intense than slaming the weights just like most of his competitors do. I just cannot get enough of it, its like watching Dorian Yates training, but Nick having better technique and slightly higher number of sets. Can't wait to watch him in the Olympia!
It's bc he has nothing to prove to anyone. Mid off season to beginning of prep no one wants to go toe to toe in the gym with Nick...they all know he's an animal that's strong as hell. Most of my training I try to imitate exactly what nick does. Not only have I improved, but I also am mostly pain and injury free
I’ll keep saying for people on their journey: Do not train like this. Nick has already reached his peak muscle mass. Watch a Dorian Yates video and train like that.
Nick has made bodybuilding exciting again. him and Derek. Both have that positive attitude, but honestly, nicks Hunger to be the very best is so motivating. Every time I watch his videos, I just want to run to the gym in push myself. Keep up the good work sir
@@codyschnuriger6743 have you seen how he trains legs? No free weight squats= small narrow legs. When he stand next to Zilla, he's going to wish he did them.

See the difference when Matt is there? That's what Nick needs if he wants to beat someone as intense as Hadi. Without it he'll bring a good package but he needs to be constantly pushed if he's going to beat Hadi.
I think your training split makes sense because pros from the past have used it and so on but from a logical perspective, it is a really bad idea and you will do cardio while training legs twice a week? If they are such an issue, start them off at the beginning of the week but then again, you will have cardio to do the entire week. My advise is one most ppl are sick of, drop volume up intensity if you feel they will hold up from injury, of course, approaching intensity gently may sound like a contradiction but it is possible. Sometimes, time is what you need, coming off and injury and playing catch up this way may not be very helpful. I say intensity, rest, consistency and time not frequency
Nick sounded a little winded even before he started squats. I'm never winded on leg day. I truly believe this is NOT what bodybuilders want to get winded. Carrying around all that extra mass isn't healthy on the cardiovascular system
Nick , until you start doing some heavy squats for reps your legs will always be small . You need to train quads until you puke . I would like to see you become Mr O but with those quads its not going happen , good luck.

He has the best form of almost anyone. Each rep is close to perfect.

I enjoy Nick more than Derek. Nick has a real personality compared to Nick. I appreciate and value how hard he has worked.
I hope he doesn't end up like Jay Cutler in the sense that hes better when hes hungry than when hes champion and lets it slip and even loses it
Intensity through the roof😮
Pulling for you Nick ! You’re my #️⃣1️⃣ favorite active Bodybuilder and probably always will be so go get ‘‘em bro ‼️🫵👊

This gentleman could win Mr O this year. Just be careful don’t push too hard specially your leg. This year gonna be your year man
That’s why he is the mutan🙌🏾
Great motivation just before going to smash some leg day!!
I think the legs are getting bigger! Keep working man, they'll grow, push um, how bad do you want it?
His legs are massive. pre injury, hams have historically been strong. Easier said than done but, IMO he just needs that outer sweep accentuated.
@@codyschnuriger6743 have you seen how he trains legs? No free weight squats= small narrow legs. When he stand next to Zilla, he's going to wish he did them.
Compound lifts play a factor in leg growth especially sweeps. Not sure how often Nick does those. I see Hadi doing them all the time.
That dude in the background at 22:10 looks like Nicks old friend Blessing Awodibu! Wouldn’t it be nice to see them train together again!!

No squats?
