    I love these older stock cars. They remind me so much of the cars local short tracks run today called "Street stocks" or pure stocks. They're built similar to these and run older bodies from the 80s and 70s.

    Hey my garage is almost identical...I have a 1985 Monte Carlo SS and a 1972 Monte Carlo in it - production cars though of course! I got a good look at this car at the NASCAR Hall of Fame a while back. Very cool car! You can see right over the front tires where they bent those fenders down, obviously to make that beast cheat the wind...Those 1st Gen Monte's were great racers!
