- Hello ! My sister Astrid joined me for this new video, slightly different from what I usually do. It was a quite refreshing change and we hope you’ll enjoy ! I was a bit nervous recording with someone so I tended to speak louder and was a bit fast but I gradually slew down.
Includes some understated sounds, very quiet/almost silent moments, and a few layered sounds.

Sounds like you have an amazing and healthy relationship between you and your sister. It makes me realize I'm a bit distant from my sibling, but my sister to too outgoing and weird, and my brother has a VERY short temper. I still love my two idiots though.

I love listening to French people talking in French, haha, I think if I'd of married a French guy I'd of been sent to sleep every time he spoke, not because it's boring, but because the language chills me right out. I had to watch this video in 3 parts because I fell asleep.

I think what I enjoy the most of your asmr, is that you move and talk as if it would be any normal conversation. It's slowed down and gentle yet intuitive and I don't feel it is condescending.

I recall many years ago I went to a high end local department store and got a big savings on makeup and in addition that included a hand moisturizing and massage. my hands were slipped into a pair heated mittens. I never experienced anything like this before, it was so relaxing and it felt wonderful. I think our hands are sadly overlooked yet they work so hard every day.

I started learning French two weeks ago (very slowly, in my own time) and watching this again with French subtitles was not only relaxing but also surprisingly educational!
Love hearing you speak French, Diane!!...it's so sweet, soft and soothing to listen to, not to mention an absolute joy.... Astrid your sister has such beautiful, creamy, skin....I was like that when I was young, but too much sun has turned me to leather....being tan was all the rage in the 70's, and now I'm paying for it....

Your voice is soothing regardless, but I often find it easier to relax my concentration if I'm listening to a language I don't know that well or at all (I read French passably, but my spoken French is not very good). This is my favorite "sound"-ASMR video. Most of the time I listen to ASMR while playing a game or read a book, I do occasionally watch the videos too. This one looks good, but it's the sound that does it every time for me. I don't even need to watch the video. It's in in a playlist and when it starts playing: instant tingles and relaxation. The amount of times I have been reading a book while this video was on and how utterly relaxed I felt. I do understand both languages very well and somehow it doesn't distract me from reading. It's kinda like reading a book and a friend or massage therapist is giving a beauty treatment at the same time. Keep up the good work!

Loved it when you rummaged through the essential oils 💕 I also enjoyed the dual language. I love hearing French as I took this many moons ago in high school, but I love the English in there too so I don’t have to wonder what you are saying the whole time (or read subtitles).

Ive got horrible Carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands, since i was a child and even watching someone get a hand/wrist massage is enough to put me to sleep. Its even better than a back massage to me, probably because its the only time without medication that i get relief
