Add the text message as an overlay. Wheb you you have the overlay selected scroll the options on the bottom to the right and click mask. Adjust it so you can only the top message in conversation. When you want it to slide down, click the keyframe button, slide the video a few frames until the diamond is grey, then press above the mask line and slide it down to where you want it to stop. It should have added the end keyframe diamond for you. If you it gets blurry when you try to slide the mask line you need to press above the mask line not right on it

Most likely TikTok flag your account. You need to have a good setup. Your ip must be static and from the country you’re trying to target
