Most likely the content just isn't high quality enough. Viral videos usually need to have over 20s watch time. Or maybe tiktok is putting some restriction on your account

If you dont use a proxy tiktok can clearly see your country by your ip. You need to mask your IP via proxy and DO NOT USE SIM CARD.
