Enjoyed the video. Spent a few summers in petros Tennessee when I was a kid. Even played softball with some of the inmates. Still have friends who live in the town. Sure do miss them
Yep, that's the place Kevin. You're the first person to mention the name of the town. If you continue north on rt. 62 to Wartburg you'll come to the cutoff that goes to the new penitentiary. My prison mentor worked at both places. I don't know if he is still allowed into MCCC with the COVID issue....probably not. Too bad, it was an important ministry going to see the guys who were locked down 23 hours a day and providing paper, envelopes, pens, stamps, greeting cards and a little good will.
I just noticed how loosely fitting the jacket is. I guess that's because the liner isn't in it and I have nothing but a T-shirt under it. Well, when the colder days come that will all change.

Thanks Dan! Here in East TN we do have some great roads. The Dragon and the Devil are in opposite directions from home. It takes me about an hour to get to either one, so I guess that makes them about two hours apart....figuring it out quickly in my head....LOL! Not sure what's up with Greatrydes but he hasn't posted in a while. Hope he's OK too.
Yep, salt will stop me until a rain washes it away. There really isn't an end of the season here. I even ventured out on a 27 degree F day just to see what it was like. What was it like? Let's put it this way....it was a short ride. Thanks for watching.

Approaching 9k. Small change compared to Greatrydes but I guess about 3k a year is where I'm at.
