You need to choose an agency based on your country, because TikTok only lets them operate in certain markets. I have a PH agency on my list www.toktutorials.com/list-of-agencies

I keep getting taken down on TikTok studio for “reproduced content” when I react to videos which falls under fair use. Is there anyway to avoid this and still react to videos? I pause the video every 10 seconds and provide commentary. I contacted TikTok and they provide no reply

TikTok in general has the worst creator split. Twitch ranges from 50/50 to 70/30, YT is 70/30, Kick is 95/5. It's just exploitative from TikTok IMO

I think after you leave a agency you can’t join another one for up to 60 days
as commenter says, there is a delay between leaving and joining another. However, they cannot stop you from beginning the process to leave

yes true. You wont get disconnected after 6 hours with a stream key
I have never had any issue I do 12 hr stream without any agency it just ask you if you are still streaming and have to go through a captcha
