Ghana calls Nigeria 'generator republic,' even though, Ghana's electricity 100% depends on Nigeria's natural gas. Ghana does not even pay their bill on time. The simple solution is to decentralize the system into small autonomous units, like it is the case all over the world. But we have over-centralized everything, leading to inefficiency.
