加拿大政府指出Hong Kong Pathway後，港人移民加拿大更容易，其中多倫多為加拿大的金融中心，吸引不少香港年輕人前往發展事業。不過多倫多的樓價亦不低，置業亦不容易，不少港人在香港賣樓移民，可能只有400多500萬元，到底選擇住Uptown還是Downtown？兩地的樓價有多大分別？生活模式亦有甚麼不一樣？

Some condo management fee actually all inclusive (at least in the pass) like Lee centre.
You also want to check the repetition of the management company, bad management will end up with special assessment which will cost thousands of $
The price may looks very good from HK standard but it just ok from local standard
These r good references for People whose budget r half a million of Canadian dollar.

You can have quite a wide selections with 5 million HK$ in Toronto. Forget about crazy Vancouver !

Markham廿年condo 都好新淨，唔知有冇gym, reading room/library 果d配套呢？
你哋談論美國文化不正確，也不大認識，我住在侯斯頓，越南與唐人街各有中文街道名及越文街道名，美國也很尊重外來文化，很多其他城市中國文化也受本地尊重，你們應該是小去美國。
因為是跟加拿大比。

其實如果剛移民一家大小又不開車under80萬。住Steele也不錯。bamburgh circle 那邊d 舊condo。
Downtown Markham 或Richmond hill condo無車真系搞吾掂。
下次可以去睇下喎👍

@@edwinskwok depends which buildings. It's higher at 275 255 225 I think 70 cents . All the other buildings is around 60 cents a sqft. It's actually pretty cheap. And they include utilities. And property tax dirt cheap. My friend used to live at those new condo at Richmond hill I think pay almost $500 for 600 sqft no utility. And my other friend paid $750 for 1100 sqft at bamburgh circle include utilities. I think it's much better deal. Some of those units are like 1700 sqft is bigger than town house.
