I used to drive by this street all the time but never drove in here to look. Do you know if the builder took out 2 homes to build these 3 houses? It looks that way. The lot size seems very tight. Overall, excellent finishes and nicely designed. The house does feel a bit narrow though.
Oh Wow! 1 home becomes 3? That I never expected. No wonder the lot sizes seem soo tight. I could have a casual conversation with my neighbour on that backyard balcony since they are so close! 😬

It was one lot with a detached home; the lot size was about 68 x 150 Feet.
